I went in to talk to someone about possibly switching and some other options, it was 30 mins before closing, and Tyler helped me. Answered all my questions and got my bill as low as possible. He was super nice and had all the best options for all my scenarios. He was so kind and patient too. He's the reason I decided to stay with T mobile!
The older lady with "blonde" hair was very rude & gave me poor customer service. Talked to me as if I were her child. Inability to properly explain their offer without getting frustrated & raising her voice. I decided to take my 25 year Sprint loyalty to Verizon. My location wrong.. I was at the T mobile on Outer Drive by Lowes.
Joe and his team were great! The store was very clean and looked to be managed well. Associates kept busy and were all very welcoming. Joe helped get our phones working at better speeds and made our store visit a pleasant experience.
The gentleman at the store were very patient with the problems I was having they solved them with the best of their abilities
I came in and Marriah and Zack helped me get into my new IPhone. I love it! They both were so helpful and put a smile on my face. I’ll be going back to this location every time because of the inviting atmosphere.
I usually go to the store on Dix Highway in Lincoln Park but this store was a block away so we went there to upgrade my daughter's phone. We wanted to purchase the phone outright but he refused to sell us the phone instead he tried to talk me into signing up for a payment plan. I had to end up driving all the way out to Novi to the Apple store and then coming back. Whenever I asked him a question he acted like I was ignorant. It was a terrible experience I will never go back to that store. Do yourself a favor and go to the T-Mobile store in Lincoln Park on Dix Highway they are always nice and knowledgeable.
Ryan and Tyler both so helpful, friendly and all around nice young gentlemen. Wish there were more like them. Work well together.
Zack was hands down more helpful than anyone I've ever dealt with in a Tmobile. I usually hate even dealing with cell phone service providers but he was patient and super knowledgeable, thanks bud!
Anytime I had an issue Ryan was always able to resolve it quickly. Good customer service.
This store gave me the best deal I can ask for...the entire staff is so nice and treat customers like family. I would recommend this store..
