In looking for a T-Mobile /Sprint store to resolve a service migration to new equipment I was able to go and get a serious matter fully resolved. our representative was Alfredo. He quickly took to resolve the issue, fully & completely. It was good to be able to have someone understand the issue and then begin to quickly and completely address the line items you presented and then one by one quickly resolve them. Alfredo, Mitzi, and the staff at this T-Mobile Store did an excellent job in addressing and resolving the phone issues we experienced. If you are in the area and need top-shelf service, stop by and let Alfredo, Mitzi, and staff resolve your service or equipment issues.

Came to this store to do an upgrade for a new phone. I was attended by Elizabeth and she is truly exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions as well as inform me on all of my phones new features. I Will definitely be coming back, thanks Elizabeth!
