The place was very clean, easy to navigate in and all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had ticket issues and had to get out of line and go to the box office where a manager came to assist us while the box office staff were helping the couple before us. The manager that came to help us was very patient and helpful, stayed with us till we had our tickets, walked us back to the line and had the ticket scanner employee scan us right then so we did not have to wait in line again! Even though we had tickets in the nosebleeds, they were not bad seats. Im glad to know the layout better having been there now and will know better when purchasing next time.
T-Mobile Center formerly Sprint Center marked it’s 15th anniversary in 2022. It’s such a clean and up-kept facility. The personnel are VERY helpful and I’ve really liked all the changes that were made when the facility was renamed particularly the KC sign right at the front entrance. I also want to point out how every time I’ve attended an event here, everybody has been well-behaved. I appreciate all the safety and security measures that are in place. That is and always should be #1 priority.
Lizzo! I really think this venue is amazing but dang prices for tickets are too expensive! Let everyone enjoy their favorite artists and not make this an exclusive club for the better off. Get rid of the fees! Let people pay for the tickets only and then maybe more people can enjoy and share the positivity. Let this be a more inclusive place.
Went to see Tool! Felt weird going on a Tuesday night but it was SO worth it! The opening band The Acid Helps were good. Hadn't heard them before! Tool asked that no pics be taken during their show. Being musical myself, I have tons of respect for these super-skilled musicians and adhered to the request. Some people were still disrespectful though and sneaked pics in while they played: I took a few of the stage before they could come on stage. I thoroughly enjoyed these guys, as I always do! Haha! : The arena is great for mega concerts. They are food and drink stands but just so you know, they'll usually only accept card.
All the seats I've personally had, were great! The views of the event were excellent, & can't complain! I wish you had more food options! KC, is known for bbq, & I didn't see any of that here! I recommend going to one of the restaurants across the street before arriving! The staff has been very friendly, each one of my visits! It's a great place to catch an event! The parking prices vary, for each event, which you have plenty of lots to choose from!
Great time for Jurassic World Tour! My granddaughter enjoyed it so much! The people that worked the event were very helpful and polite. A kid lost his toy under the bleachers and they found it and brought it to him. The kid wasn't even with my group but I was happly for him!
Getting to see Elton John on his Farewell Tour was a dream come true for my mom and I. All of the staff at the Center are AMAZING. So kind and helpful for newbies navigating the area. Thank you for this wonderful memory that will last a lifetime.
This arena is well kept and has all the expected amenities. The staff is usually very friendly and are always around to help out. there are definitely some bad views from the upper deck so be mindful when selecting tickets!
By far one of the best concerts I have ever been to was the past week at T-mobile Center in KC. Great venue for large crowds, minus the $15.50 per glasses of imported beer: But still fun place to watch a concert...WE LOVED IT!
Had a really wonderful experience at Monster Jams! They put on a great show. The smaller arena was a little difficult for the truck to maneuver the way they really wanted, but they did a great job. One bad thing is the closed space makes the fumes of the trucks really bad. Great place though!
