Worst customer service I’ve had in a while by some chic Araceli or something. I was told by an Expert over the phone that I could do buyers remorse and drop off phone at the store. This lady, with an attitude says that’s not doable at the store without a restocking fee. Then she gives me a lecture about making sure what I want before I order it. Three times she lectures me about this because she says it reflects on her too. Whaaaat???? Tells me to show her my phone cause she needs proof that the phone I’m returning isn’t large enough 128Gig. If the company offers buyers remorse why do I have to hear a lecture on how to buy something from this woman who’s paid to help me??? She also says the online reps like to mislead people often. T-Mobile needs to get their people on the same page. This is garbage.

Ms. Araceli helped me out with my home internet Instore, and she was outstanding! She was able to help me out and assist the other customers with the same great care and at the same time! The whole store associates are great, for sure recommending more people to come here!

Araceli was extremely helpful and welcoming to me when switching my cell and internet service to TMobil. I would highly recommend letting her assist you with your cellular phone needs any time.

We moved from Fort Worth to East Texas a year ago with Verizon as our carrier. To say our cellular service was lacking in this area of Texas would be an understatement. Last week, we visited T-Mobile to discuss our options and potentially get new phones and because of the excellent service that Eryne, Kaitlin and Araceli provided to us we decided to purchase two new phones and switch over to T-Mobile. We have had T-Mobile for 4 days now and the cellular connection has been amazing. No dropped calls and internet everywhere I go! The girls at T-Mobile were so friendly and informative. My husband is very thorough when asking questions and they were extremely patient and kind during our entire visit. I am so glad to know that if I ever need to visit the T-Mobile store in my area, I will be welcomed and taken care of. Thank you again, Eryne, Kaitlin and Araceli!
