Been a T-Mobile customer since 2012 and NEVER had a worse experience. I'll drive further to go to the other store! Can't do anything without a manager approval. Yet manager isn't there If customer care sends a customer INTO the store, it should be honored. You SHOULD be able to work hand in hand with customer care, don't you think?
For this store to be located in a high traffic shopping center. They hired the worst sales associates to assist customers. As soon as you walked in they ignore you. No one ask if you need any help or acknowledge you standing there. One customer that came in after me ended up just leaving. They should be fired if they don't want to work or help anyone. When you ask for help they respond with an attitude. They're slow and the associate I spoke with named Braina was extremely rude. Would not be coming back to this location. I left frustrated and didn't even get what I needed done. Ended up going to a different location that was much busier and yet was able to get assisted ... PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS STORE.
Dustin, Nick and Rachel helped me out and walked me through the process, they made it easy to obtain service and their attitude its just excellent! Also their knowledge with the system is outstanding, would definitely take them in consideration.
The visit was okay but still didn't make up for the time the staff on an earlier visit enrolled me in things I didn't ask for only because I told some other customers not to go with T-mobile internet because it is slow compared to other services.
Nick B. is the guy to see here. He is knowledgeable and will go out of his way to make sure he gets you the best deal for what you’re looking for.
One of the easiest phone transitions I've done! We came in to bundle internet and phones, as we were paying more for less through two separate companies. Braina was the one who helped us and she definitely deserves recognition! She answered all of our questions to the best of her abilities, wasn't pushy with anything we said we weren't interested in and didn't try to upsell us either. Overall she did a wonderful job getting everything set up for us and best of all we came out paying less than what we did for way more features. I realise a lot of this review is for T Mobile itself but I really have no complaints about this specific store either.
So let me first start off by saying this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had and it’s been a months long ordeal, but let’s just focus on today…my wife and I walk in, we’re not even greeted. Now I will say that the store was full and all of the employees were attending to other customers, but it’s not hard to raise your head up and say “hello, welcome to T-Mobile”. It took me longer to write that sentence than it takes to say it. After waiting for about 20 minutes no big deal, we get everyone is busy someone comes to “assist” us. Once my wife explains what is going on they simply say “call customer care”. That’s that. My wife explains that we called them this morning and they told us to come into the store, and that they would make the notations to the account for the store . My wife tries to give the employee her account info, and she responds with that she was going to talk with her manager and we would get to that. She comes back after about a minute and says we can’t help call customer care. At this point my wife is trying to explain everything when the assistant manager comes up, who was just as rude and dismissive as the original employee. She cut my wife off, spoke over her, and generally would not let my wife finish a question or a complete thought. They refused to listen to us, just telling us to either open a new line or call customer care. There was absolutely no professionalism or customer service of any kind at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.
My initial experience was awful. The girl that helps us attached the phone to an existing line of some one else's account. Wes have had to go back to the store 3 different times. But there's a ray of hope his name is Joshua . He has been working hard to rectify the issue. He has excellent customer service. If you have to go to this store deal with no one but him. Kudos to Josh!!!
Went to store to upgrade my phone. Nick was my sales person, Upon upgrading my phone I asked Nick about the AirTag but I decided not to get it, I was then offered another tracking device they had and was told it was free and would only be about 4 for the taxes which I’ll be responsible for. While getting ready to check out he told me my total was going to be $136, it didn’t seem right so I asked to see the break down of what I was paying for and realized he was charging me $24 for the tracking device, when I question it he act as if he didn’t realize but come on I knew he did because if I had to pay a upgrade fee/ and store fee plus $4 that’s should clicked something ain’t adding up here. But I know all to well they try to make sales to get paid but don’t do it like that because you don’t know what ppl can and can’t afford and I work at a call center and get these problems everyday with store employees lying to cs to get a sale. It’s not right. Double check everything before paying no matter where you go
