Very unprofessional associate fair complextion woman with straight hair, glasses and working behind the first computer station. I ordered new service online and needed to return the devices and cancel. I never activated the lines which I told her so the 14 return period did not start yet. I confirmed this with a supervisor when I called sprint corporate after she told me to go and call customer service. She simply told me no without listening to me when I said the lines are not activate yet. She did not care to help me. I am an area manager myself and I was appalled by her lack of customer service. I walked in at 11:30am on 2/20/2017.
Initially it seems like a very friendly environment however the staff had very bad customer service. I was not greeted upon walking in and stood in line for almost an hour while not even being acknowledged. The staff here didn’t have a sense of urgency at all and the manager never came from behind the glass to expedite the processes or cut down on the wait time. They’ll probably work a lot better with you if you have an appointment.
Very disappointed at the service I received yesterday. I have never had an issue at this store, they have always been helpful. Customer service is everything. While I understand they cant do everything in the sprint store they could have helped me get the process started on the phone. You know it is bad when the sprint on the phone person ask you to go back in the store so they could talk to someone there. Ladies at this store need to realize you help me today I will purchase from you tomorrow. You failed at customer service today, I wish the gentleman that helped in the past had been working, since he wasn’t this store lost a customer. Almost all my phones since this location opened have come from this store. Very disappointed. Yes I have been a customer a very long time.
Good customer service and wait times not too long.
I am so tired of never having service absolutely anywhere, I'm in the middle of Central Park and can't send a picture! When I call Sprint to discuss it they give me a runaround number to call which never actually fixes the problem. I wish Sprint would step it up and be as good as Verizon service. None of my friends who have other cell phone carriers have the problems I do with service.
Complete lack of customer service. So rude and we were told that “we can finally wash our hands of them” as we were leaving the store after canceling service. We also had to pay $200 when we were previously assured we would only owe around $45.
I went into this store yesterday to pick up a phone I had purchased on the internet that morning. Unfortunately they could not find the order. The gentleman who was helping me, his name is Randy, took control of the situation and went above and beyond with his customer service skills. He found a way to allow me to walk out of the store with my phone and I even paid a significantly lesser amount. Awesome Job!!!
Absolutely worst experience ever. How can you be a certified store and tell me that you can't help me because you're supervisor is off for the day. So if the supervisor is off 3 other employees are not able to do anything??????? The issues I have had with this store is extremely upsetting.
Everyone at Sprint tried to help me the best they could with my situation. I've been a Sprint customer since before they had cell phones and it was only a long distance company. I am going to go to another cell company as I'm done...
Horrible service. Spent 3 hours trying to get an upgrade and still have not gotten it.
