The Manager at this store is so amazing! He and his staff are very patient and willing to help. I was having issues with my phone and came prepared to buy a new one as I was so frustrated. Rather than jumping to sell me a new phone he took the time to try and fix it and was successful! I have been a customer of this store for ~ 3 years and the manager here has consistently been patient, smart, and willing to help. I have 100% confidence in this store and this team. Good customer service is rare these days and I would definitely recommend this store and team to anyone.
I had a fantastic experience at this T-mobile location. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They were able to solve all of my issues, and they hooked me up with a great deal on a new plan and phone.
Jadyn and Fausto were amazing help in store!!! They had amazing professionalism and were kind the whole time I was in store! Great team to work with!
The staff was extremely friendly and took care of me and the manger went above and beyond to help me get away from at&t. Would highly recommend this location.

Jadyn at the T Mobile in Oro Valley Was fantastic help!! I am super impressed with her customer service. Friendly, confident and extremely knowledgeable and patient. I want you to know that you have a very valuable employee that should be rewarded for this. She went above and beyond helping two old geezers that are traveling through.
I finally took the plunge and transferred my 3-line account from Verizon to T-Mobile. Fingers crossed and not knowing how this would turn out, I can say that after a month of transition I could not be happier!! George and team are responsive, skilled and resourceful. They've helped me immeasurably. Got a great deal with the new service and more importantly for me, the customer support is at a whole other level from the 15+ years with VZ. Sometimes this store is backed up with customers and there's some wait time, but I'm not complaining! Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my bill see below and George was finally able to help me resolve it. I'm changing my 1 star review to 4 stars. original review... Wow. I was told my bill would be $112 for an "in store promotion" but I had to go to store to get this deal. My bill is $140 and no one there will help me! I keep getting annoying text messages telling me my bill is $30 higher than it should be! Nightmare Not the store, not TMobile customer service, no one! Sucks! This is fraud. I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I've called store and customer service 4 times each. Still no one has a clue and no one cares at all. All the "we care" is all total BS.
