Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman name who helped me, but he looked to be lead maybe? Young, tall African American gentleman.. Anyway I really wanted to thank him for helping me today, I spent 20 minutes at the upstairs T-mobile in the mall with a guy who made what I was requesting seem impossiblereturn a WiFi router I had shipped to me only to walk into this T-mobile, explain to this gentleman what I’m needing and what I just went through, and he was able to get it done in less then 3 minutes while also training three other employees how to do it in the process. Amazing customer service & leadership skills. Thank you so much!
I bought phones online but I had to go to the store to activate them. Shout out to Casey for helping us get everything set up.

Costumer service from some people are nice but others are rude and I have to wait 2 1/2 hours to gel helped and they weren't able to help me to unlock my phone, not even at costumer service by phone I have this issue for almost 3 weeks and nothing is resolved I will never go back to sprint ever. Horrible experienced and no one to help.
Edward W. Is my go-to person whenever I need assistance. In my 25 +yrs with Sprint, I have not received as much-loved respect/attention that He has given me. He's very knowledgeable about all products, patient, professional and gives good advice.I wait for his assistance when he is available.
Valeria was super sweet and patient with all my phone issues. Cell phone companies are not my favorite places to deal with but she was super helpful. The little sprint stores are awful. This one was great from the second i went in. She explained everything to a T. Sprint over the phone is a joke. If you need help fixing sprint errors from calling the 800 number go to this store. Thank you valeria!
I am a Sprint customerSprint is now a part of T-Mobile and I was having a big problem with my iPhone 12Pro. My texting app kept freezing and people were not receiving my texts. I spent 3 hours with Apple support, via chat, and they couldn’t figure out my issue. Sprint chat support couldn’t seem to help either. I went to the T-Mobile/Sprint Fairfield location. First Seth was there to greet me and was very kind and understanding. But I needed my issue fixed. He immediately jumped on it. Seth, Edward and Jessie are troubleshooters like I hadn’t seen before. The technical support I received was of the highest caliber! I have had quite a few technical issues with iPhones in the past decade, so I know how to troubleshoot iPhones. Seth went above and beyond and even helped make me an appointment with the Apple store to get my new iPhone warranty replacement. The Apple support was no help and kept asking me do things to troubleshoot that had nothing to do with my issues. The Fairfield T-Mobile technical support team made Apple’s support look like child’s play. The Fairfield T-Moble technical support team worked fast and got down to business! In the end my iPhone was damaged and under warranty. I received a new iPhone 12pro. Seth, Edward and Jessie helped troubleshoot my other texting issue and they all three are brilliant! My iCloud account was the culprit in people not receiving my texts. There was either something wrong with my iCloud account, as if it was blocked, although Apple claims there was no block. Or I had way too many text messages in my phone’s storage. Either way, I set up a new iCloud and then everything worked!
Mykell was very helpful in resolving the issues with my sim card not working after receiving a replacement phone from apple. Super grateful for the outstanding customer service and professionalism. Will definitely come back to this location for help!
Called to ask if I could have my phone repaired and made sure the part was available. Drove an hour + to get told i have water damage and my only option is to call Asurion and pay a deductible, or upgrade. I can tell they just want to make sales and not help their customers. Whatever the problem is with my phone, existing water damage isn't affecting it. It's the broken screen that's affecting it and these guys only wanted to push an upgrade on me.
Don't waste your time coming here. Staff has poor customer service. I stood by the front counter for a good 5 mins before a staff memeber finally acknowledged me, mind you there were 6 staff members working at the time and 3 didnt have any customers with them.
