Terrance and his team were on point in helping us replace 3 tablets for our field techs. Very proffesional and with some good laughs. This is the reason why we do all our buisness with this store.
I went in with a cracked phone front and back and wanted to see if I had any upgrades they told me I had to pay off my phone or just wait and get it fixed. They told me I didn’t have Apple care and said to go down the street to IFIXSCREENS and gave us a coupon. The peoople at ifixscreens are just horrible they charged us $454 and I’ve had to get the screen replaced 4 times in the last 2 weeks. They broke my power button and ruined the hardware on my phone. Come to find out by going to a corporate T-Mobile I did have Apple care and this all could have been avoided.
Words can not describe how great everyone is at the store. Top rated experience would recommend to everyone that t-mobile in port Washington ny is awesome. Also Terrance went above and beyond to help my wife and I thank you
Bayron Melo has been terrific. He is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient with old luddites like me who can't figure anything out. Made switching to a new phone a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
The store is the best .. Bayron the manager is amazing and an asset to the store and to t mobile …. He has always helped us w new lines and tech support .. the store is clean and neat .. thanks Bay for all your help ..
I always feel like I have nothing to worry about when I enter the store. Tracy and her crew are always willing to help myself and other customers, with their technical support and sales skills.

The woman who works here has the WORST customer service. Please do not come here if you want to be helped. Telling me to call customer service because she didn’t feel like helping me. Switched over to AT&T because she didn’t want to help me get a new phone
Decent service and I purchased a new phone but to my shock, they told me that their store doesn't accept old phones for recycling. Surely T-Mobile can do better than that.
I love going to this store is always organized and super clean. The service and the attention over the phone and in person is excellent, Xavi and Tracy are kind, smart and they always help me to solve all my doubts and problems with a lot of patience and clarity.
