This was the best experience I’ve had with a T-Mobile store ever. When I walked in I had already expressed I was having a very bad day. I had difficulties trying to activate my esim for my new iPhone and I had no luck doing so at all the other locations I’d went to. When I explained what was going on Kurt and Josie were very understanding and empathetic. Kurt sat down with me and helped me set everything up step by step. I highly recommend this location. I felt welcomed and kindness walking through that door.
Had a great experience at this store Liana was professional and helpful. She had a lot of knowledge the phones and how t-mobile works. She went above and beyond to help me add another phone and service to my account. This is the kind of service you want to receive from a business. She has great potential to be a leader. Definitely will be returning to this location to do business thanks to her
I miss the old management team. This new crew is super pushy with the sales but the store is looking really nice.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Brought in a new phone and received great help transferring everything over and getting the phone set up. The manager was great and spent the time needed to make sure everything transferred and worked properly before I left.
I went in with the family and got a family plan. It was 140 for 5 with 10GB data and unlimited text and call. I am happy with the plan and they staff member who was helping us, Carlos was a very polite and helpful guy. He also knew his stuff! I enjoyed my visit and even though there were some software difficulties probably my fault, we resolved them if a good amount of time. Thanks T-Mobile! Also the beats Bluetooth earbuds are cool!
The staff were definitely patience with my fiancé and I. Rose helped us out and let me tell you, amazing customer service! Jeremy and Matt were a huge help also! Definitely took care of what we needed and all our questions we had.
I am very disappointed with the service I recieved from Matt today. I understand it does get busy at times and I had just arrived at peak hour 4pm. I waited around and finally thought I was getting assisted as he had walked over to me and asked for my information. However, I did notice he kept having side conversations throughout and helped with a payment; would come back here and there. To say the least we didn't get past the ID authorization process. I would have been okay if he didn't have me waiting around and just told me what his team member and himself ended up telling me about 45- 50 min into my visit when he first approached me. At the end of my visit I had other team member helping me out but didn't get any of my questions answered. I do appreciate the help but sure was not a welcoming encounter.
Since I was shopping around for a new cell provider, I decided to stop into the T-Mobile store to see what they had to offer. I was greeted by Brandon and he worked with me on some issues that I had experienced with other providers. He was extremely helpful. Another manager also introduced himself to ensure I was being taken care of. I appreciate this level of customer service.
Jake was awesome! He helped my mother and I get a phone plan that was perfect for us and also helped us get the Galaxy 22+! He was very knowledgeable of the company and of the products. Great customer service. Thank you!
The customer service is good but the phone is always running s-l-o-w even though I paid big bucks for a good phone it doesn't work that great. I've been in twice to get it resolved and was told there having problems with the 5g thing. I never had these problems with sprint. No way would I recommend this net work to my friends but probably will ask them who they go with and can they get online with there phones.
