Sprint Store by iMobile - Norwalk

My wife went to this store just to be waiting outside with a bunch of other customers meanwhile the 2 T-Mobile experts that were inside the store"helping" a customer. Both of them were laughing it and talking like if it's a BBQ. Very dissatisfied with the way the representatives decided to handle the situation. I am embarrassed since I have never had an issue with T-Mobile's customer service. I hope either 2 things happen: 1. They receive proper re-training 2 Replace them with more motivated members who are willing to help out.

I don't know what previous complaints have been about but I think the tmobile team did a excellent job. Tania found a great promotion for me and did a thorough job explaining the details every step of the way. The manager even introduced himself as a courtesy. Tmobile Norwalk square has earned my buisness for now on.

There are 2 times that in this tmobil they treat me badly they are despots they do not know how to treat the client. I was just going to ask you a question and an employee there treated me very badly they treat me very badly
