We went to Cranberry since the Chippewa store had no clue of helping us out & the guy at the counter was exceptionally great in helping us out and very polite. I’m so very pleased of how he handled everything and was able to keep a teenager very happy as we was leaving their store! I've been using t-mobile for 14 years and I just had the worst experience with this store. I have an essential plan with my wife and two kids. My son recently broke the screen of his IPhone XR, we tried to have it fix in apple store, then then deemed it as not worth of fixing. So I went to this store for information about ongoing promotion in the hope that we can trade in this phone for a newer phone. One of the employees greeted me and after I told him my intention, he asked me what plan I'm using, I initially told him magenta but quickly corrected it after checking my phone. The employee didn't even check his computer, and simply said no with a snarky attitude. About a day or two, I called t-mobile customer care and contradictory to what this employee had said, t-mobile does have a promotion going on for adding a line and get a 700$ credit if we trade in our phone. I can't tell whether this employee is simply malicious or incompetent. So I called their manager, and guess what, this manager blamed me for the failure of misinformation. I guess that shows why this employee is acting this way.
I would not trust this store, they provide wrong information get you to sign up and then you are on your own. It took almost 3 months to resolve the issue created by this store, and they cannot even keep their signed agreement in writing- Awful- Never going to this store again, real bad experience.
Jeremy helped me to switch over from Verizon to tmobile, he was professional, courteous and fast. Overall I am very satisfied I chose this store and recommend it to everyone.

Don't go to this store. The employees are so rude and ignorant. They don't care to help you. They never pick up phone. Did not ask me what plan I would want to be on. Very ignorant employees. Can't get ahold of Andy the store manager.
Seth fixed literally every single issue I had from an online purchase. He also saved me 85 a month by switching my internet to them! I basically got a free IPhone 13 Pro, better internet, better cell service, and excellent customer service. This guy is very focused and straight forward, but don’t worry he will fix whatever your issues are! Ask for him!
Some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced! They make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Lazy, they just tel you to call an 800 number. They promise things that they can’t fulfill. So disappointing that I switched from Verizon. They say they are all about customer service. But I never saw it! Switching back to Verizon! Stay away! Not worth it!
Worst phone company ever. My wife and I switched over from cricket. We were lied to about the price. It ended up being over $250 a month when we were originally quoted $154 a month. The home internet didn't work , the internet on the phones barely worked and constantly dropped. Trying to get our of the service and return equipment has been a nightmare game of pass the buck between the store locations and corporate customer service. I wouldn't recommend this phone service even to an enemy.
