Went in 30min before closing to see if they had any iPhone 15 Pro in black, was told there was one left, confirmed it was black, confirmed I wanted it and we agreed I would be there at 10am the next day to pick it up to do the trade in and transfer since it was too late today, was told the phone would be put up. Watched them write and place a note on the phone and take it to the back. Showed up the next day, walked in at 9:58am, guy I dealt with yesterday looked confused and unsure of what I was talking about. Said they only had blue phones left, asked me what the note said. I asked if he could confirm if any other stores had any black, he said yes and confirmed that location x and y had 4 and 5 or some such numbers. I drove to both stores and they had none, and stated they had not received any 15 Pro in black at all, and that they do not share their inventory or can see other locations inventory. Spent all day driving and calling around for something that was supposedly secured previously due to this individuals incompetence. Could have just said "We don't have it but can order it" instead of wasting half of my day. Would much rather drive 30 minutes to another T-Mobile than deal with this and similar type of sht again.
So decided to go to subway and once I got there it was closed an hour earlier then stated on the door. I honestly want to know why being they supposedly close at 10pm. This is the second time, now I wouldn't mind if the closing hours changed. Being that it seems that's the case, it should be posted on the door for the closing hours. I don't appreciate wasting my time and gas. To be honest I didn't want to give any stars but I needed to write this review.
The employee seemed disinterested in resolving my issue. Terrible customer service.
Unable to resolve the issue told me it was the McAfee problem. Called tech support at T mobile and they partially fixed it enough for me to fix it complete

Damien at the good homes location was ready to go to answer my questions. I came in unsure about switching to an iPhone and the way he explained the info made it easier to understand. He's definitely proved his mobile expertise! The manager, Ana?was knowledgeable and ready to help as well.
Guy who who helped us was great. No problem with the service I got, but when I got the bill there was a $35 upgrade charge that I didn’t notice and was never told about. So be careful when you upgrade your phone because it’s not free. They charge a $35 fee to help you do this. I find this to be very unprofessional as I run a business myself. Pay attention to everything or they will get you. Should have given 1 star but they were friendly and helpful I guess because they are still charging you. I called them about charge as well and they said they will not do anything about it that it’s something every company is doing. Very Sad. For $35 fee costed them a 5 star rewiew for over 10 year customer with 4 lines
I hope I'm getting his name right. Thank you Mari for all your help. My friend and I searched high and low for the Google Pixel Pro and finally found them. Not only did he have our phones but he was able to put insurance on both phones something my last 2 customer service associates couldn't do. Wonderful customer service! I'm coming here for all my needs. I live 15miles from here and will definitely be back.
These people were nice. It's a corporate store and I feel generally corporate stores have less customer service. But not here. Very helpful and personable. I was even listening to them helping an older lady and they were very patient with her
Worst service I was there for 5 hours and they couldn’t activate my phone would never come back
