What a bunch of rude arrogant people working at this location.. instead of listening to customer’s complain.. they point at the door an ask the customer to leave as they have nothing to do with it.. customer should call 611 and complain.. it’s not their problem! On top of that laughing at customer as they leave the store!! 20 yr loyal customer!! And this is the treatment you deserve!! Please stay away from this store! I wish there was an option to give “0” star..
Oh my gosh! Everything about my experience here was AMAZING! I am in the process of moving out and in need of a new internet and cell plan. John was amazing, immensely patient; answering every single question that popped into my anxious brain. I am very grateful to him and am a happy new T-Mobile customer . Thank you John!!
David was a great help and patient with the numerous questions and assisting the best device suited to the needs and with current plan. It's good to see T mobile's in person customer care coming back.
Horrible place, their employees do not know the difference between a class c and a class a commercial driver's license. Made me feel like i was trying to steal some one else's phone when all i wanted was to change my screen protector. Will never go there again and will even consider changing phone company. T-mobile train your employees better.
If I come in wanting to replace something that doesn't do what I need WHY do i have to go through the hassle of hearing you try to prove me wrong?! Do u not understand English? Jeez! yall either say nothing or too much or not enough. I don't have time for it. I hate having phones! Period! Maybe I tell you how to loose weight when you say may I help you.
I can never go to this T-Mobile store and get help. From the simpliest thing, buying a screen protector, to making a phone purchase. The staff are rude, condescending, not helpful, and really give T-mobile a bad name. These incidents spawn over 4 years, as I live in the community. I try to go every so often, thinking it will be better. Sadly, I am left disappointed without the service I intended. I happily go to the Mills and go to the store inside, they have much better service. I’ve been with T-mobile for over 13 years and this is the worst store.
Came in today to buy a new phone and the staff doesn't even know the specs on the most popular phones. When I asked about specs, I was told it doesn't matter because any phone I buy is better then the one I have. Wait what lol?! This is why I'm here to buy a new phone that's better. When I asked about specs again the staff could only tell me about ram, they knew nothing about refresh rate, game performance and they couldn't even get the memory size right. I asked about specs again and was told, we already went over that. I told them I couldn't buy a phone with this kind of customer service and they just shrugged their shoulders. I ended up leaving since they didn't seem to care. Update, the person that replied to this review is the same person that was helping me according to the staff there. Either way, something is way off at this location and training is needed.
Evelyn and Mercy are great and the best customer service experience. 5 stars They helped set up my new phone and transfer all my data, photo, videos,etc... took a while, but they had a lot of patience . So happy-go-lucky now.
I was in and out quickly with a new phone. David j was very helpful and took his time with my questions
David j. He did an amazing job, he helped me and my family out very much, he is a very great worker!!
