If I could give zero stars I would. They are complete liars at this store. They sold me a phone that was twice as expensive as the one I had and told me my monthly bill would not change. Then when I confronted them about it they promised a credit several times and I never got it. I called online and in store over a dozen times and no one would help me.
Terrible store , they was add some feature without customer permission and it’d taking long hours to look bill and paid . Warning!!!!

Always stellar customer service here. Very helpful and accommodating sales staff. Malcolm, the manager there, even calmed my autistic son down before he had a meltdown. over his phone
I just joined the Sprint family a few days ago, and I'm already a 'regular' customer. The staff are very cool, very laid back. I especially appreciate how knowledgeable they are and how honest they when it comes to a specific device or new feature or service they aren't particularly aware of. It's situations like those that allows one to see the phenomenal teamwork and group effort. I've only been there a few times, but whenever I'm there, I see nothing but hardworking and dedicated associates doing their best to assure that each and every single customer is not only taken care of, but more knowledgeable, allowing them to leave with the confidence of knowing that no matter how fast or complex technology may become, they have a team of people who they can rely on to keep up with advancement of technology and the ability conquer it!
This is the second time I've been to this store with a problem cause by the sprint store in the Waterfront. I will never go back to the store at the Waterfront. It has terrible customer service, but the Brentwood store is unbelievable! Jake at this store, is top notch. He has helped on both occasions without making on cent in commission. I would highly recommend this store and especially Jake.
I had tge best experience at the Brentwood Towne Sq Sprint store today. Jake was the sales associate. Extremely knowledgeable and very personable and professional. A must that he be there if and when you go to this store.
These new guys are great only coming to this store from now on
