Prior to coming to this store, we went to another location and had a horrible experience. Thankfully we came to this store and everything turned around! Grant was knowledgeable and very friendly. We had multiple issues we needed help with and not only was Grant patient, the entire staff made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed chatting with them while our issues were resolved. We left with new phones and new service, thanks to Grant and the staff at this store. Great job guys!
Really going to charge be $5 to come into your store to pay my bill in cash? That’s $60 extra a year for what to pay my bill. What a Joke! I think you better change that or you will lose customers. I am looking for new provider as we speak.
Very frustrating experience. Maybe I'm old school but can you greet me and participate in our sale? These kids are sitting on their phones, cussing smoking/vaping in the store and didn't want to come from my behind the desk. Going to another store to do our 2 upgrades and 2 new phones. Guess you didn't want our business so bad
Walked into the store stood there for 15 mins without being acknowledged. I do understand they were helping other customers at the moment but to not receive a "Hey we'll be right with you, or what brings you in today" NOTHING. It really shows their lack of customer service. Yes I walked out.

Zac helped me out with a ton of information, as I am not great with tech stuff. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and Amazing! This particular store, has always been very helpful, even when it was Sprint. Love T mobile!
Employee was not helpful with our exchanging my husband phone and rushed us out of the store and telling us that we won't be charged for anything then to see we did get charged. It's the wrong way to do business. It is really hard to stay with you guys.
Just not good. The whole experience wasn't great, the two employees had 0 customer service skills, and then the two Iphones that we got were signed up for the protection 360 without us asking for it. At $18 a month per phone it's probably something that should be disclosed. Not sure if its something that is automatically added or if they just added it on for sales credit without telling us. Cancelling it took forever, only way is to call and wait on hold about an hour.
I would never recommend using T-Mobile as a service provider because the service is spotty and the majority of my interactions with t-mobile have been unpleasant. HOWEVER I feel as though coming to this location I am going to receive TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE from Zach & Grant. They should be recognized for their patience, kindness, and knowledge.
Absolutely terrible service. Not only do they act like you're really inconveniencing them by coming in, their policies do not leave any grace period for mistakes on their end. We needed to get phones replaced and they said it would take 2+ weeks for phones to come in, , but we had to give our phones and go without one while they shipped them, plus you only had 2 weeks to turn in the phone so you'd have to pay out of pocket. Extremely rude customer service as well as the manager. You can tell this is a retail/third party store by the way they handle issues.
