Great cafe with vegan options near Gastonia. I got the vegan portobello sandwich with a cup of fruit and I thought it was great. It's also great that there is a grocery attached to it so you can find all kind of healthy and interesting stuff. I recommend this place.

What a gem of a cafe with many fresh offerings and a welcomed stop for a late lunch. My family and I stopped in and were pleasantly surprised. This little cafe has some very tasty sandwiches and soups. A full range of beverages to help wash down the great food. We did not take advantage of the blankets that were offered to have a picnic outside as the ground was wet. We hope to make our way back here soon. Vegetarian options: Wide range of options for vegetarians. Kid-friendliness: There are options for kids but not your typical fare Parking: Parking for sprouts is in the back. Dietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten free and vegetarians will have options.

Very neat and clean little honey comb of a eatery. Perfect for a outing in the city or for a delicious lunch. Bring a friend and Enjoy your visit and don't forget that delivery is available as Doordash customer!!

This is a lovely brunch place! The environment is relaxed and so peaceful <3 The food was delicious! We had smoothies, my husband loves the burger, and I enjoyed the vegan waffle!! Definitely making this a Saturday favorite :D Vegetarian options: Delicious VEGAN and VEGETARIAN options!!

The food is very good and fresh. If you are looking for organic, vegetarian, or even vegan food this is your place. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Lots of different flavored waters and energy drinks to choose from. You can eat inside or outside. Very clean. The staff is very friendly. I did not give it a 5 star due to I feel it is a little overpriced. I paid $13 for a salad. However, it was a very delicious salad!

Didn’t realize this hidden gem was in Gastonia. We just moved to the area and we’re looking for some local options to try out. I have a gluten intolerance which causes us to look for places that have a variety of options. This place was reviewed highly on Google and had vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free options. I enjoy the gluten-free beer and gluten-free veggie wrap. They had a variety of sides to choose from and meal options. There’s also a store at the main level that carries a variety of specialty items. I highly recommend this place and would come back again very soon. They have they have indoor and outdoor seating and the staff is extremely friendly. You can tell that they care about the environment by the way they treat their customers and their food.

Second time in town and second time visiting. Cute little place behind a market with very casual setting. Food is really delicious and portion size are just right. Got the daily special both times and loved it. Dishes are on the pricier side but their ingredients are top notch.

Super happy to have found fresh healthy food in Gastonia! As a vegetarian, it’s hard to find options I can enjoy but I found so much yumminess at Sprouts!! The avocado toast special was delish, and the prices are VERY reasonable.

This is our special little vegan corner. They serve vegan and vegetarian dishes. Yummy and flavorful. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but well worth it. Interior and exterior seating in a beautiful location. Lots of parking. I would.not recommended their fresh juices.They are great but too expensive for the tiny portion size. Everything else is amazing.

I love the food at Sprouts Cafe. It's fresh, healthy, and delicious. The staff is friendly and service is faster than expected with a staff shortage. The atmosphere of the restaurant is dark and cold though. It seems like things could be well lit in there and be more vibrant. Vegetarian options: This place is for vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores. Parking: Parking could be better. Get the BBQ trailer out of the middle of the parking lot. Enhance the look of the lot for outdoor dining and aesthetics.
