Smaller location then most of the sprouts. Was really hoping for a large location. This location has only been open for a few days now. Very clean and nice location so far. Staff and customer service is good. Everyone seems friendly. Was really for a large food bar. Unfortunately the food bar is medium to small size. Very busy location so far. I am a huge sprouts fan so I really hope they have arrived and will continue to offer what has made all of there other locations great so far. Great unique products at a reasonable to low price. I hope they can keep the quality top tier as well. I do wish this location was bigger. Not sure if it's just me but price on opening days seemed a little higher then most. Good luck
Employees were "too nice" if that makes any sense, in a weird way. They made me feel like a thief and would keep eye on me. Definitely a formal attire would be advised to be left alone by staff without feeling like a culprit to them but otherwise a great experience with their selection and item varieties.
The young man at the counter to slice meat was not listening to one word looking into the sky doing whatever he wanted to do, told him I wanted my food slice spin. It's all sliced thicker was looking into the sky. And not doing my order doing other orders in front of mine was not a great experience.
Clean and organized, the staff are also very friendly. We love their vegan options especially the freshly baked vegan chocolate chip cookies.
Where to begin. This review is more towards their boar market or sandwich section. Overall the market itself is great. Nothing wrong with the ingredients to the sandwich. Just you know, it would be nice to see the worker handle the food and not anything in-between. Like a pen, the touch screen on their little machine, a marker and whatever else it was she touched. Then finish the sandwiches without switching gloves. Woman with the nose ring At the end of it all, when you say thank you even though you're already annoyed maybe a you're welcome or a response would be idk something a human with some decency would do. First and last time getting anything made here. Food was amazing still lmao customer service just wasn't it.
I visit this grocery store during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Nothing different from normal days. Fresh, meat, seafood, nuts, diary, all are abundantly supplied. The checkout line is very and quick. I like using ApplyPay, less contact. The entrance and exit are closed to parking lots. Super convenient to get and return carts.
Usually a really good location. Unfortunately the last few times I've bought " Alkaline88 smooth hydration " water here its had this yellow tint to it. I've compared it to water from other locations and there is a noticeable difference. The staff was nice enough to take back the water **with receipt **. I now go to the next closest sprouts to me to purchase the alkaline water I'm looking for.
Finally SPROUTS is here! Great location although the building itself is very small I had hoped it would be much larger, I think the smallest one I have been to. Everything seemed on a smaller scale than the other Sprouts locations, place was brightly lit and very clean. Great addition to the West Covina grocery stores. Sprouts offers locally grown locally made products as well as organic produce all at a fair to cheap price.
I love sprouts and just had to stop and see if there was a difference with the one in Cali vs NC. It wasn't but still got a few things anyway lol. They were fully stocked, great natural and organic products, facility was clean and the customer was very good.
I recently visited the Sprouts location in West Covina and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the food I purchased. The celery was already bad, and there was some kind of sticky substance inside. Additionally, the fish I purchased about two months ago was clearly past its prime. and after the defrosted in the same day we purchased , which resulted in a very strong odor. Due to the odor, we had to dispose of the fish and were unable to bring it back to the store for a refund. Furthermore, I noticed mold on a sweet potato while I was in the store, so I decided not to buy it. I also purchased a lunch box that did not seem fresh, and some of the ingredients appeared to be close to their expiration date, resulting in an overall unpleasant taste. As a regular customer of Sprouts, I expect the food to be fresh and of high quality. Unfortunately, the quality of the products at the West Covina location has not met my expectations. I plan to visit Diamond bar Sprouts locations to see if they offer better quality products. While I appreciate the convenience and selection that Sprouts offers, it's important that the store prioritize the freshness and quality of their products. I hope that the West Covina location can take steps to improve their inventory and maintain customer satisfaction.
