I switched doctors about 8 months ago because I was not comfortable talking to a female, so I got a new doctor . His name is Dr Jamal Henderson. Since I had this amazing doctor I feel very comfortable talking to him about personal stuff that I wouldn't tell anyone. Amazing doctor amazing listener . Very grateful for his patience with my situation. If they had 6 stars he would get it

I am a psychiatrist MD in clinical practice for 26 years. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Cynthia Carter for about two years for treatment of ADHD. He likes her and she probably does care—when she's available, which is inconsistent. He feels at her mercy to have access to his meds and would never complain, so I'm writing this. The times she's gotten his prescriptions wrong, he and the pharmacy attempt to reach her but it can take days to straighten out. I'm stunned by her lack of responsiveness to his calls and emails. I cannot imagine treating my patients this way. He has repeatedly gone without his meds. Sometimes it's on his end; he's afraid to follow through and be considered a "problem patient". The office staff are responsive and caring, but it seems they have the same issues trying to reach her. In August of 2021 he used the link from the office to log onto his telehealth appointment and waited 70 minutes before giving up, then was told she'd been there where? For balance, I read every review of Square Medical Group on Google before writing this. Many reviews mention doctors and nurse practitioners by name that patients really like and give good care. Ask for one of them. Dr. Carter received one positive review but also negative ones. Some do not name the doctor but describe the issues my husband faces . The vast majority of reviews rave about the office staff, which is a critical piece of delivering medical care. Many name staff who go above and beyond and are delightful to work with. I read this to my husband who says it's accurate. I hope it's balanced as well.

My prescription never gets called in and I am stuck without medication. Happens almost every month. When I call the front desk to ask for help, they hang up on me. They yell at me and slam the phone down. This has happened 2 times in the past couple of days and another time a couple of months ago. And if it’s close to 5:00 they will just pick up and hang up. Clearly they are allowed to act like that and still keep their jobs.

Truly I truly I haven't gone in yet so as long as they're there it won't be a problem it's usually great here at square medical my doctor Cynthia Carter best doctor. And I mean PERIOD. !

I have been going here for almost 2.5 years now, I got blessed with the BEST doctor I've ever had and that would be Dr. Stern. I've never had a doctor I felt comfortable with, which made me not be the most honest in the past, but Dr. Stern and Jacquelyn were patient, caring, understanding, and did everything they could for me. The doctor's assistant, Jacquelyn, was amazing too, she was always punctual getting back and did everything I actually needed lab work, Dr orders sent, sending in prescriptions if i couldn't get it at one pharmacy, etc and without any hassle. I would not be where I'm at now without them and I seriously considered not going back to my home state just to keep this team. I will always be grateful for the help and care from them and ill never forget this place and the people.

I remember back to when I was looking for a provider in the area back a couple years ago when I had moved, and long story short it was a nightmare of inconsistencies, deeper depression and past from doc and therapist and never getting the help....HELP and freedom I yearned. I didn't think that I was ever going to make it through this overwhelming time in my life. I was talking with a friend who referred me to Square Medical and everyone from the receptionist, the medical assistants, my doc Jennifer as well as some of the other providers like Dr. Carter, Dr. Lender that I had the privilege to work with when scheduling or on call situations came up...they pull through as a team. I have went through a serious injury and learning to walk and the whole office has and continues to be a part of that life I wanted and I work for hard every day. I have been supportive and I'm grateful for that alone.

I am really happy with my doctor and I also like how kind and welcoming the secretarys have been I'd give this place a great rating

Dr Cunningham has been by far one of the best psychiatrist ive been with him for 3 years after working with others since i was like 16. i give him 10 stars if could hope he has awesome time off and have fun with his family and enjoy life as he wanted to.

Wonderful staff! Dr K is very attentive.He never makes you feel rushed.
