I came in for an oil change and a car wash. The oil change was quick, and they let me know that I needed more antifreeze, which they took care of. As for the car wash, I added the inside to be clean. From the pictures, you can see they did not do a great job vacuuming.

Best car wash I have ever been to! There is a new owner named Peter who is honest and very professional. He takes very good care of his customers and the staff are courteous. I have been there plenty of times, purchased many details and oil changes and they never disappoint. The oil changes usually take around 15-20 minutes. The platinum wash takes around 25-30 minutes. You get your money's worth at this car wash. Highly recommend coming here.Services: Polishing

We got the $22 wash and they spend 15 mins drying it off, cleaning the windows, mats. Looks and smells brand new! 5 stars!Services: Wheel washing

The first time I came here it wasn't the best but I figured I give one more try. The car did come out better but a new issue came about. Instead of spraying the cleaning agent into a rag they sprayed it directly into my USB port causing error to pop up on my radio display for my android auto. I spoke with the manager at the time and I was told it wasn't them even as the area was still wet from there cleaners. I own a company where we service vehicles and accidents happen at times. We owned up to what happens not lie about them. Dishonest car wash, I won't ever return!!!

Best car wash in Long Island in my opinion. The staff is run well, and amazing on the details… my car comes out like show room condition every time. The new owner over there really knows what he’s doing, what a class act.Services: Polishing

I purchased a gift card from this car wash and gave it to my neighbor as a gift. My neighbor tried to use the gift card today and was told it was a business card and that they don't sell gift cards. The two cashiers and their manager would not accept this bar coded Rainbow Car Wash & Lube Valley Stream gift card. Don't buy a gift card from this scam business!!!!! It is a rip off!

I called on Friday late afternoon after my son had been car sick for 2 hours all over the place. I was Told they do it Monday through Friday and I begged As my car literally stunk and was uninhabitable . After the receptionist spoke with the manager, they let me bring it in first thing Sunday morning. 4 hours later, my car looks brand new! The smell is still a little chemically from the products they used, but it doesn’t smell like vomit!! AND…..they found a $100 bill buried in the crack between the seat and the console and returned it to me! The new management came over and introduced himself to me, and was so polite and kind. I highly Recommend letting them detail your car! They clearly work hard and take pride in what they do!!Service: Auto detailing

I just started going to this car wash about two months ago. I like that they employ woman and not just for cashiering service, the women are out there working alongside the men on the vehicles that come in and out of the car wash. I don’t have an issue with the services that have been provided during my visits…. My vehicle is clean, shiny and smells fresh every time. Thanks Rainbow car wash Staff!!!!!

Took my sedan in after they did a great job with the suv, a bit disappointed. Feels like it was rushed. Multiple spots missed and I had to clean the drivers window myself because it was smeared. I feel It should look better for a full detail.

10/10 highly recommend. My Tesla Y needed a deep cleaning. Interior and exterior. I opted for the $50 Platinum wash and they did not disappoint! My tesla is shining bright like a diamond and the inside looks like I drove it off the lot! Took around 40 mins but was totally worth it. Will definitely revisit
