St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church was established by a decree of Bishop Charles H. Helmsing on July 1, 1964. He appointed Fr. Walter J. Pilecki to pastor the original 46 families who formed the parish. 49 years later in 2013, the parish has grown to 822 families and is pastored by Fr. Vincent Rogers.
PARISH'S MISSION: We, the parishioners of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, are a diverse family of faith who are striving to become the people of God by being open to His Word and Spirit. We are committed to worship God by celebrating the Eucharist, by proclaiming the Word of God to our community in union with the Universal Church, by reaching out to others in service, and by providing the opportunity for our children to receive a quality Catholic education. In this worshiping together, we come to know, love, and support each other through participation in parish ministries and in sharing our gifts and talents to the resources God has entrusted to us.
SCHOOL'S MISSION: St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic School is an educational ministry of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Parish. Our mission is to provide a quality education grounded in Catholic principles and values. We strive to instill in each student a lifelong love of learning and a respect for each person and all creation as gifts from God.
