I can’t say enough about the wonderful treatment and service we received for our company work party! Gary went above and beyond to help us with setting up and ensuring we had enough tables, lanes, even set up tables for our food. He helped me with the food order and called me to confirm everything. We had a pretty large party and everyone had a great time thanks to him and his staff! Small business supporting small business beats any chain company!
We had a birthday party there the day of the snowstorm. They were very accommodating and even went to pick up our pizza from Pizza Hut because DeFelice closed early. The kids had a great time. The staff is very friendly and made sure we were taken care of.
My children had a blast and the employees were extremely nice . It was never a bother for them to help you.
My kid has been to this alley quite a few times, but I was just there recently for the first time, on a Sunday night. It was surprisingly packed, but we got a lane within 20 minutes. During that time, we dined at the snack bar, which has all the expected bowling alley delicacies, plus much more! All of the staff were super-friendly and helpful, too. The shoes were nice, and the facility is up-to-date and well maintained. A great experience!
We had our fundraiser there August 13, 2022. They did so much to help us. We had a great time.
Fun for birthday partys or just a to go bowl. Nice staff & love that they're handicap accessible.
Everything here is relevant clean and tidy when I was there. Good service is good. Wasn't too crowded. Environment control was a bit chilly but better than the weather outside.

Very crowded. It was a good birthday party. There should be a 30 min break between parties so people would let us clean up the party.
We called ahead and were told they did not take reservations only to show up with a packed house. We were then told there was nothing available and we should have made a reservation. Two different stories so we will be going to a different bowling alley next time. Place is trash
