My appointment was was at 8am I was in and home by noon. Very nice staff.
Sitting here with my mother since 12: 10 pm. We have been here 2 hours and 50 minutes. They took her in to dialate eyes about 30 minutes ago then had to wait another twenty minute. She is now in for surgery! I hear everyone complaining. I spoke to a lady that said her other eye she was here for 5 1/2 hours! ! They say dr running behind and that lady said that is what they told her last time. My mother could have been at home comfortable instead of sitting here in a waiting room. The bathroom is dirty and it is for both men and women.. .disgusting! The staff up front are very nice.
First eye was quick and only waited about 20 minutes to be seen but the second eye 90 minutes after scheduled appointment to be seen :/ Staff was friendly and nice.
