BEWARE!!!!! They charged me $450 for a checkup. The lady spent about 5 min talking with me about my sleep apnea. Stuck a light cone in my nose. Then they charged my insurance $250 and me personally $200. Every attempt to dispute or get any reason why the exorbitantly high price was met with, transfers to managers answering machine, promises for call backs that never happen. Not once did I get a person who could actually help me. In fact 2 people associated with ATHENA health laughed at how expensive it was but then said they had to transfer me to the office...... which never had a manager call back. So. They sent my to the collections agency.... where the agent also laughed and then understood 450 for a checkup was kind of insane. So the collections agency sent me back to the office to dispute. Of course. Still never got a call back by a manager. One of the low level workers who didn’t know their head from their arse called and then promised a manager that never called. Ultimately I was sent back to collections. I have now paid the remainder of my $450 doctor visit. It is my sincere hope that someone reads this before making the mistake of going to this vile doctors office. Thanks
The office staff is very aggressive, I have a sinus infection me to come in to see a doctor and he said he couldn’t see me till the following month thanks for caring goes to show you what type of a practices stay away would not recommend
