St Cyr Hot Tubs and Pools are the best on the north shore hands down. I have had an issue with my electrical panel or wiring and they have been so professional and really caring about getting my issue fixed for me. Every tech they send I have been blown away by. I even knew a couple of them, they worked on my tub in the past, from Budget.
Great communication from all. Beginning with Nancy, she was very helpful and accommodating and answered all our questions. The team delivered and installed our hot tub as promised and when scheduled. They were quick, courteous and professional. I recommend StCyr if you’re looking for a great deal and great service for your new hot tub purchase. !
The service provided by this team is truly outstanding,. I've had the pleasure of their service the past few years. They expertly handled our dated pool equipment, installing a new pool filter pump, and a propane heater, as well as diagnosing issues with our spa. Their thorough checks ensure every element functions to perfection.
Josh was very knowledgeable. Skilled competent answered all my questions very well and I learned a lot from him. He was quick and effective in doing the service and then explaining what he did and I had a few other questions about maintenance and operation and he took the time to explain very well, and show me a lot. Everything was perfect and I’m so grateful that Josh did my service!
Jim came out to check our humming pool pump. He was able to access issues with diagnostics and was very knowledgeable about pumps and pool workings. St. Cyr will forward some estimates on part replacements for us to consider. Very happy with his service!

Three strikes your out!! 1 Web site claims to give 10% discount on first order if you share private data but no discount code provided. 2 Pop up help window has zero response. 3 Called and waited on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. Take my business elsewhere!!! Timeout Update... 1 hr after my review, I got a message from the owner asking me to please check my spam folder and bingo a discount code was sent. My bad.... I'm just about to make my first order and will update my review once I receive my order. I'm willing to give any small business a second chance with prompt communication and sincere desire to help solve a problem...
Jim was very professional also very informative. He explained to me everything that needed to be done. Being a business owner myself, you guys are very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and professional worker. Sincerely, a very satisfied customer.
You get what you pay for and the St Cyr team delivered on all aspects of our Pool Liner replacement. Sam, was excellent to work with and coordinated the project flawlessly with Nick. From start to finish the St Cyr Team did exactly what we asked for. Special thanks to Cameron, who was undaunted working through a heavy rain storm to finish the install. The only hiccup, was when Currier's Water Service changed the pricing on the St Cyr contract. Sam again stepped up and honored his quote. To the owners of St Cyr, I would look to another Vendor for Water...Never use Currier's again... Office manager was, unprofessional to say the least...
Sam came to measure for a new safety cover. He called to tell me that he was coming in the yard. Took his measurements, answered all ny questions. Very polite and knowledgeable. A pleasure dealing with him.
