St. Elizabeth's Health Center is a unique community health center dedicated to serving those persons who are uninsured and underserved. We provide sliding fee scale medical, dental and health services with a focus on prevention of disease, education for healthy living and treatment to optimize health. Volunteer health professionals partner with our dedicated staff to form a dynamic continuum of service. We respond to all persons with respect and dignity, without regard to race, religion, national origin, physical or mental challenge or age.
