My last visit was not good at all. The bedside manner of the attending provider, Amanda Schulte, NP, needs work. The provider, after learning I had taken a medicine not prescribed for my illness, proceeded to include me in generalizing me as part of a "problem" with doing such. I would have appreciated an education in that regard rather than dismissing me in such way. For the rest of the consult, her demeanor was short, and at the end she never stop to ask if I had any questions. As a provider, she should ask her patients if they have any questions prior to ending the consult. Because she didn't ask any questions, as she proceeded to walk out I mentioned to her I had concerns for pneumonia which she replied that "it could happen" and she shut the door behind her. Lastly, they performed a lab for which I never was contacted with the result. Unfortunately, I strongly do NOT recommend attending this urgent care.
Everyone was very friendly and attentive! We were not just put in a room and forgotten about, and were in and out in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!
Been here two times. Super friendly staff and short wait times, I definitely go early, so that may be a part of it. They also recognized the signs of subtle female heart attack in my mother when I told her to go there. Stellar experience every time. Excellent care.

I was seen quickly. Staff was friendly and caring from start to finish. Dr. took the time to listen then explained treatment options well. Would highly recommend.
I have been to the lake urgent care campus twice for myself and twice for my grandson. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and a very quick to get in to see the doctors.
Very busy and a bit behind, but after I was seen I can see why. They were so caring and professional with a real human touch! Thank you ladies!!
