First time in Bermuda. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and already looking forward to a return trip. The location is ideal. Super walkable to downtown; especially the ferry terminal and the grocery store. The front desk ladies were delightful and always incredibly helpful. Just a general note about taxis - every single taxi driver was sweet and helpful and full of knowledge.
Absolutely loved it here and can’t wait to go back! The view from our cottage was spectacular, they had a great pool, and the green cottage shown in the picture is where we stayed. The next time we are in Bermuda we will certainly be staying here again.Rooms: 5/5
Rooms were clean and neat. Staff were all friendly. Located was fantastic Rooms: The view of the harbor was visible from all rooms Nearby activities: Ferry service to other side of Island. Walkability: Restaurant and shops all within easy walking distance, as was bus stop. Food & drinks: Wahoo’s was our go to restaurant. Service and food were great!
Wonderful place with a wide variety of accommodations and a caring staffRooms: 5/5
Our stay was great & we will be back! The resort recently reopened in May after major renovations & did not disappoint. We stayed in a harbor view cottage which had amazing unobstructed St. George’s harbor/water views. Resort staff can store your luggage if you arrive before check in time at 4pm. Our cottage was ready when we arrived at 12pm. Our bags were already being placed in our house for us while a staff member escorted us by golf cart to where we would be staying. They offer cart shuttle service to Tobacco Bay & Fort St. Catherine’s St. Regis. Hotel grounds are beautiful. There are two bus stops directly at the bottom of the hill - buy day passes since it covers both bus & ferry unlimited per day. Take the bus to Hamilton & the ferry to Dockyard. Our cottage was updated with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and all new furniture throughout. Extremely quiet & there are supplies for all that you need for daily living. Washer & dryer is in your unit. The main pool has been redone & is open. There is a second heated pool too. Very quiet resort. Staff always answered our calls & had great suggestions for things to do. Certainly a hidden gem on the island. This hotel operates as both a hotel & timeshare. It was never brought up to us & we never felt pressured. We only were only informed when talking with the amazing hotel manager about how the hotel has been doing since Covid.
no clean up stuff so rude nice view nice design but dirty around
The St. George's club is a wonderful place to stay while in Bermuda. It's quiet , has a beautiful view of the island and easy access to the ferry for a wonderful boat ride to the dockyard or Hamilton. With that being said they could do a better job renovating the facility as the units are a little outdated. Also their check in and out process can be improved a bunch as well as add a concierge to help guide you in your stay. Lastly they don't serve food after a certain time which can be a challenge if you have a late flight but they do have kitchens in the unit so you can cook food. Overall it's a great place for a family or if you like the a little more peace and quiet during your trip.
Friendly staff. Nice grounds and location. Fantastic views. Close to town. The club itself is comfortable but a little tired. In need of a fresh coat of paint, so to speak. Front desk staff was very helpful. Drivers were prompt and friendly. The pools were great. Beware of the fairly high, imo, daily maid service fee....it is $12 per day per person. There were 5 of us, so that total was a bit of a shocker after a week! It is not a luxury resort, imo, but it is better option for a larger group than getting 2 hotel rooms. The grounds, atmosphere, and extras were nice. The cottage was spacious with 2 full baths. Very key when getting out the door I'm the morning. Close to bus stop, ferry port, shopping, and dining. On site restaurant is good, too.
The staff was very rude and not vet accommodating. The room was extremely dated and there was a few issues that weren't addressed. The toilet was rocking and we asked for it to be checked that went unanswered, there was a bad ant problem that went ignored, we asked for beach towels and we were told There weren't anymore and they guests never bring them back so we should use our bath towels. We asked for fresh bath towels they said every 3 days they'll be replaced. I wouldn't recommend staying there.
Worst Resort Ever. Mold on Ceiling. Toilet works part of the day. Sink doesn't Drain. Stained furniture and lumpy beds. Food still let in microwave from previous occupant. Dusty furniture doesn't look like its been dusted for months. Stained shower walls mold. Stained Bath tub. Mirror had lipstick writing from previous guest, wasn't cleaned off. Could go on and on about condition of the grounds of the property. Don't waste your money.
