This building was built in the 50's and was a hotel Back Then. In the 80s and 90s and the 2000s it was an apartment complex. It had studio apartments, one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments from the second floor to the 8th floor. And had 2 elevators and 3 stairwells and a basement with a pool table and arcade machines. and laundry rooms on each floor. It even had an ice machine on the first floor. The first floor was the main lobby in this apartment complex. And was the only apartment building in the downtown area with a bar on the first floor inside the building. The bar inside this building was called Gregory's place. And it was open to the public as well as anyone who lived in the building. Anyone who lived in this building could hop on the elevator and go down to the first floor to the bar & grab a pint and take it back upstairs to their apartment. And it used to be green. it's been repainted recently. I spent a lot of time visiting friends who lived in this building back in 2003 and 2004. It was abandoned 4 years later. It's a historic building.
