Honestly we have had a good experience ip till recently. Took them 3 months and constant faxes from express scripts to finally send in my husband rx through the insurance since 90 day was free through them and what’s the point of having a primary doc when they can’t fit you in for sick visits? Even when you have a negative Covid tests that was done at international paper which had a legit medical side with actual nurses and legit Covid tests. Don’t get me wrong staff is friendly and doctors are okay somewhat but again what’s the point of having a doctor for when you get sick and you can’t be seen to get medicine to get better so you can go back to work. Unfortunately we will be looking for a different office a one where you can actually be seen when you need to be

Office staff are very pleasant but the doctor is not. For the past five years that I have been on pain meds for bulging disks in my back,  I always get a single prescription of a 3 month supply. It’s cheaper for me this way. This new doctor will not give me a single script for my 3 months. Which means it cost me three times what I would pay for a single script. I’m on a fixed income and just have a hard time accepting this. She can give me a 90 day script at one time  but stated she doesn’t like to do that. I live in Andrews and have to drive to Pawleys Island Publix as they give me my Blood pressure meds for free. So I get my other meds there using GoodRX. I had my 3 month appointment on Monday July 25th. She said she would call in my meds. We drove all the way to pawleys island to pick them up that Friday and she never called them in. She is the worst Dr. I have ever dealt with. Wish I can find another one in Andrews.

Absolutely terrible service. My wife has been waiting for a referral to be sent to another doctor for 2 MONTHS!!!!! The communication between the doctor and the receptionist is terrible and honestly if you care about your health DO NOT GO HERE. They will give you the run around and never check back with you even if it is something URGENT. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!!
