Distribution is the 1st and 2nd Saturdays of the month from 8 am - 9:30 am.
Here's how you can help:
We need people to help out on Saturdays. It’s only a 2 hour commitment and you’re done by 9:30 am so you still have plenty of time left in your day. Check in at Walker Hall Kitchen (on Almond St. behind the sanctuary) at 7am. That morning you can help the team: make sandwiches • pack food boxes and bags • sort clothes donations • pray with people • or distribute food and clothes to families or the homeless. There are other ways you can get involved even if you can’t be there on Saturday. Food and clothing donations are always needed. Check the lists below and bring your donations to the church office during the week or drop them off at the kitchen on Saturday morning. We also need people that can help shop for food during the week. Drivers are needed who can pick up food donations from local grocery stores. Monetary donations are always a great help too - just write Food Pantry on the memo line of your check made out to St.John’s. Join us in helping people to see, believe and receive JESUS - and serve Him with their lives.
