St. John's is an LCMS Lutheran church that has served the Hemet-San Jacinto Valley for almost 90 years! St. John's Lutheran Ministries is proud to be a part of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS), a mission-oriented, Bible-based, confessional Christian denomination.
Lutherans are Christians; believers in Christ Jesus who respond to the love of the Triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, revealed in the Word of God, the Bible. The teaching of Martin Luther can be summarized in three phrases: GRACE alone, FAITH alone, SCRIPTURE alone. Every Christian denomination has its unique emphasis within the Body of Christ; for Lutherans, it's GRACE!
