St John Urgent Care

The receptionist that sits at the door I wish I had gotten her name has an terrible attitude problem and she's very rude and unprofessional!! The last thing a sick patient needs is to deal with rude medical personnel giving them attitude!! I turned around and went right back out the door. Too many other urgent cares in the area to deal with rude receptionist!! This is the second time in less than a year that I have went into this urgent care and encountered this same rude receptionist!! Never again!!! How does the saying go... "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!!" Michigan Urgent Care will now be my preferred site. St.John Acension Urgent Care it's a "NO GO" for me!!

My daughter and I came here because it’s really convenient, less than 5 mins away from home. I was afraid she’d came into contact with someone who had covid because she had a sore throat, I just wanted to be on the safe side.Test was negative, it only took 3 days of calling to update my number for my patient chart which they didn’t even confirm if anything was up to date except my insurance & address before I decided to just stop in AGAIN. But when I say the energy in this place that I personally experienced with BOTH receptionist dirty blonde and older lady with glasses and ponytail are extremely rude, my first visit I felt like a foreigner would feel unwelcoming & uncomfortable. I made them very aware that the energy was bad and I almost went to another place. Medical assistant, didn’t explain to my child that she was going to swob her throat didn’t prepare her so she’d be ready didn’t ask was she ok or anything. Thankfully I told my daughter what they would do before we got there. The only thing calmed me was the Doctor, it was a nicer elderly lady no complaint at all about her. They do not answer the phone and I do not recommend anyone go here. Staff are very passively rude and talk to you like you’re ignorant.

I brought my twin daughters in tonight with sinus issues. I just want to say lacresha was so friendly and professional. She made us all feel very comfortable. Also Dr. Murphy was very efficient and friendly and I was very satisfied with the over all experience. After a hard long day. It was actually a breath of fresh air. Never again.! You do all your suppose to for "covid precautions" vaccinated and all. Do a self test make sure you don't have "symptoms " make a appointment to see a doctor and then walk in to find out they canceled your appointment and did not let me know. Because they say I have covid symptoms.. um excuse me no ma'am I don't. Awesome It's bad enough you can barely see a damn dr. Now adays but to have a appointment canceled and turned away to be seen. Smh whats the point for getting vaccinated. K good luck pushing those jabs!

I have came to this urgent care 5 different times, and each time it has been a waste of time and you get a hefty doctors bill just because they walk in the room whether they help you or not. All of the nurses are super friendly and helpful and it is the best physical therapy I have been too, but as far as the urgent care part goes they do not care about you after they get your information they just send a "doctor" who has no clue what they are doing just to give you a huge bill for doing nothing. The last time I came the doctor walked in told me he can't help me and left then sent me a 200$ doctor bill. Unless you are going here for physical therapy don't waste your time or money.

I made an appointment online for my baby and we were seen within a half hour of arrival. The baby wasn't a happy patient but the MAs were very patient with her and Margaret, the Nurse Practitioner, was phenomenal. Talked with me about the baby's recent history, did a thorough exam and was very thoughtful in what steps to take next. Very happy to say the little one is feeling much better already!!

The staff is always so nice! I have been visiting this location since I moved to Harrison Township and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I get in and get out super quickly every time I visit. The nurses are kind and attentive. The doctors are short and sweet, but I like that because I usually go in there knowing my symptoms and diagnosis because I frequently have the same medical issue. Very happy with this facility! Would definitely recommend

Just visited Ascension Urgent Care on Crocker in Harrison Twp. If I could give Margaret Marth the attending physician double stars - no, wait - triple! - I would. She put me at ease immediately with a great big open smile and GREAT personality! Yes, she just e-x-u-d-e-d those positive vibes. Better yet - good humor! More importantly, she examined and treated my godawful sinus issues. Definitely not one of those doctors with a personality like Lurch from the Addams Family. Michael the nurse was really nice, and the receptionist whose name I am sorry - I forgot was ALSO a smiley lady. When I am feeling poorly, I absolutely cannot deal with medical personnel if they are dried-up individuals. Not so, here. Thank you all for a pleasant healing experience.

This urgent care has always been a clean and friendly environment every time I have gone. I was in and out in an hour and received great care. The staff, especially Margaret and Lacresha, that I spoke to was super nice and funny, which made my day!

I injured my foot and I was in a great deal of pain. I chose to go to St Johns Urgent Care/Crocker/Harrison Twp instead of the ER due to insurance costs and wait times. The staff at this location couldn't have been nicer. Jeannette, Mike and Dana were so compassionate. I started to cry once I found out that my foot was broken and it was a severe break. During the X-rays,Dana took the time to talk to me so she knew that I was a runner. Due to this break, I was missing an important race. Dana hugged me and told me it would be alright. She said that she was so sorry that this happened to me. As far as the wait time, They got me in and out of there quickly. The entire staff knew I was upset and as I left, they all wished me well. I'm still recovering from my accident but I haven't forgotten how wonderful the staff was to me during this time of crisis. Recently,I had to visit this urgent care again. Still awesome service. The staff remembered me and asked how my foot was doing. THAT is personalized care that you just don't see anymore......... I wasn't "just another patient"
