The St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Wellness Center is open to hospital associates, physicians, volunteers and community members. The center is located in the Grand Concourse on the first floor of the hospital.
The center offers everything you need to achieve your fitness and wellness goals in one convenient location. The 11,000-square-foot facility features the latest in fitness equipment, classes and programs, and is staffed by highly qualified fitness professionals.
The Wellness Center aligns with Trinity Health’s “Live Your Whole Life” initiative, which is focused on fostering a healthier work environment for associates.
