Pediatrics is awesome. Eye associates is not worth your time or money. They over lap appt times. You sit for over an hour before you're even looked at. The optical dept called me to tell me my glasses were ready i asked if i could come now they said yes and that they also have my ins card in the tray to just tell whovever it was in my tray. i got there 11 minutes after the call ended. They went on a 1 hour break and their receptionist told me they dont touch that stuff that i couldnt have my already paid for glasses or MY insurance card. So next day here i come and their eye glass person is over 1 hour late so here we sit. The same receptionist lady said you just have to wait for here to get here. Waiting for MY ins card and MY glasses. Because they 6 other people working here 'dont touch that stuff'

Doesn't matter when you call here... it's always at LEAST a 20 minute wait before someone answers and the first thing they say is CAN YOU HOLD????
