Definitely have had better. First it took a long while to get our food. They were also out of a lot of the ingredients and when I ordered avocado on my salad it was not good. Don't know if I'll go this location again...Food: 2/5
I ordered the new Smoky Buffalo Chicken in the drive through as well as a sandwich for a co-worker and a cup of soup You Pick 2 I spent $28 and the Smoky Buffalo had maybe a teaspoon of shredded chicken on one of the sandwich halves and a table spoon on the other. It was almost all dry toasted bread with no sauce or chicken to break it up. The plethora of red onion was overwhelming. I do NOT recommend.
A larger Panera with lots of seating in different nooks. Depending on how busy this site is, the wait can be long but the food has always been Panera quality. The wifi here is good and sometimes I'll come and finish out the last hour-ish of my workday here with no problems.
The food was great. Workers seemed stressed although I might've come during a shift change. They were busy so it is understandable nonetheless the manager who came to help in the checkout was otherwise preoccupied and didn't alleviate the situation. I have two gift cards which I have used in St Louis without issue however I wasn't able use them at this location. As I said they were busy so the manager had a lot going on and I can understand.
First time at this Panera, staff was pleasant and manager fixed the overcharge on our receipt but food was very disappointing we purchased the new chicken baguette sandwich and as you can see we both mostly got the baguette, also I love their creamy chicken wild rice soup it was watery and Luke warm, ate it anyway I was so hungry. We still have $25 on a gift card but I’m pretty sure we’re not coming to this one again
Hot sandwiches are either burnt or cold. Chicken no noodle broth is what they call chicken noodle soup. They're also out of everything and throwing your sides at the drive through window. Employees have horrible customer care. Mcalister's is where I will be going from now on.
Food was good. Service was ok. We were told they were out of deli turkey and would get different turkey. Then another worker said they weren't out and the sandwich could be made as is. We got the sandwich as the menu described but we got charged for an upgrade we never got. We did get a refund but, watch your bill. If they have to make a substitution due to lack of product, you may be paying an upcharge!

Messiest Panera I've ever been to. The floor was sticky everywhere, no pagers available, and the saddest Mac and cheese anyone's seen was served. Minimal staff only cooking, no one at a register.Food: 1/5
this location is the slowest location Ihave ever been too, they take one order from a car at a time and don't start the next one till the car in front of you leaves I sat in the line for 18 minutes before my order was taken and there were only two cars ahead of me. I saw multiple cars exit the line after extended wait periods.Food: 3/5
