Busch Stadium is a fantastic sports venue. Cardinals fans know when to be quiet; and appreciate the small things when there team executes small things. Entry was easy. The stadium was walking distance from my hotel. Restaurants and bars surround the stadium so there are plenty of places to visit before the game. I love that you can see the Arch right over the left field skyline. Center field is a great place for families to get together and hang out; with the large scoreboard to keep up with the game. I have been to sporting venues all over America; Busch Stadium did not disappoint. I would highly recommend taking in a game to all sports fans.
My middle grandson has always loved the Cardinals and part of his birthday present was tickets to a game!! He was so excited when we finally got to Busch Stadium!! We got there plenty early so we would have time to walk around the area and take it all in! The gate attendants were all so friendly!! There was a t-shirt give-away the night we went and it went so smoothly! My oldest grandson was able to “snag” a foul ball and this just made his whole day!! Food is a little more affordable than some other stadiums we have been to but still expensive… And they have a good variety of foods and drinks! A Plus…the Cardinals pulled the “W” that night in extra innings!!!
What an incredible visit we had to Busch Stadium! As a lifelong baseball fan, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to stop by on our way to Kentucky, and boy, am I glad we did! St. Louis is known for having some of the most passionate baseball fans in the country. The rich history of the team adds an extra layer of excitement to the whole experience. Let me tell you, the stadium and weather on that particular day were nothing short of perfect! The setting was simply breathtaking, and I couldn't help but soak in the beauty of the old ballpark. Now, let's talk about the Cardinal Club House Store – it was a delight! The store was filled with an impressive array of Cardinals merchandise, and the crew inside was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. One thing that stood out to me was the fantastic outside area around the stadium. It's a perfect gathering spot for fans to come together, share their love for the game, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere before and after the games. I'm now more determined than ever to plan another trip back to watch a Cardinals game. Maybe, just maybe, they'll be taking on the Braves! I can already feel the excitement building! If you're a baseball enthusiast or just looking for an unforgettable sports outing, Busch Stadium in St. Louis is an absolute must-visit. The combination of the stunning venue, passionate fans, and the Cardinals' remarkable history makes it a baseball lover's paradise.
I was super impressed with Busch Stadium. So much that I will go back. What a great set up baseball. There are a lot of seats outside and TV so you can just hangout in the ballpark village and watch the game without going inside. The whole atmosphere of the area is just amazing. Can't wait to go back again!
Busch is a beautiful stadium! We did the tour before the game, and it was a really large group, but the tour guide did a great job! They take a nice picture at the start with the Gateway Arch in the background - cool addition! I ate a bacon-wrapped hot dog with baked beans and crispy onions and all I can say is YUM!! Really enjoyed our time! Everyone was really nice and helpful!
We went to the cardinals game in tribute as a farewell goodbye to my great grandmother that passed away. Although we didn’t really watch the game we had an amazing time and great experience. We did the walk through cardinals museum and then had lunch at ballpark village. We also did the build a bear at Busch stadium and that was so fun!! We loved it! Just wish we didn’t live 13 hours away..
Beautiful red brick stadium. Easy access gates. Very helpful staff. Best of all: Ballpark Village with the infield of their last stadium! Kids can "run the bases!!!" Plus a big screen TV with the current game on display! Interesting sidewalk plaques. Well organized statues.
Love this stadium! One of the best in MLB! Great views from anywhere, outstanding fan base. Great location. Plenty to do all around the stadium. Cards are not my team, but I'll take in a game here every chance I get
Been to 5 ballparks and this one was amazing. Staff awesome. Lots of food places and restrooms. Escalator to the cheap seats. Really cool spot. The views are amazing. Would have 5 stars if they would have a Mark McGuire statue!! Honor the Big Mac and get over it!!
Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had at Busch Stadium for the 8/29 Cardinals vs Padres game. Not only did the red birds go into extra innings and won, the entire staff was more than accommodating and interacted with everyone in our family. Thank you Marie and all the other ladies who went above and beyond for us to make our kids first MLB game one to remember! You all are seriously the best!
