St. Louis County Public Library - Jamestown Branch

Library is usually clean and it's usually easy to get to things. However, the employees lack self-awareness. They are always the loudest and most rowdiest people in the building. They don't even notice when people look at them because of their volume. Ridiculous how the noise usually comes from the people who are supposed to keep it quiet. It is a place to study and I understand that there is a quiet room, but it'd be nice to be able to focus while using a computer.

One of my favorite libraries to go to. It's usually pretty quiet, I can find a place to work, and the staff is very helpful whenever I have a question.

I always enjoyed the Library as a kid. It was no different today seeing old and new faces. They are excellent at their customer service too!

The people at JAMESTOWN are always helpful and cheerful, particularly,SUE AND SUSANNE. The library has very few books since the remodel and I liked it better when it had numerous books. Ordering a book only to find it is not what you want is a pain. THANK YOU.

Good library around stores and such the atomosphere of things is fine, loud as hell but the attendants try there best. The people who work there are friendly it would be better of they had York anger works to calm peoples voice levels down a bit since its susposely a place of study.

I was there for a field trip. Jocelyn was very patient with the children. She and the other staff members were knowledgeable and helpful.

Love this library, close to home and I've found many a jobs using their computers and since the renovations, it's a better social hangout where I enjoy their Wi-Fi and I like the movie selections! Friendly staff also adds to the experience!

Too many people allowed to bring their spoiled and loud brats in with them. If your kids can't respect the library don't bring them. Also couldn't use headphones because of some weird emf activity.

Quiet environment with lots of computers available for usage. This library was a lifesaver for when I was in college!

Although I personally prefer the Florissant Valley location, the Jamestown branch of the County Library is just as good, if not better. They have a large collection of books, CD's, and DVD's. The librarians are friendly and helpful, and the Internet/Wi-Fi service leaves little to no room for complaining. I give it five stars, all in all.
