This is an amazing public library with very helpful staff. This is one of the places my kids always want to go and spending a couple of hours every week is a ritual for us. The place is clean and quiet, and has great collection of books and also toys for toddlers when we need to stay. Library also provides printing and scanning services, which has been of immense help to me. I have been to many public libraries but this is by far the best!
Nice and clean, kids books areathe staff are really helpfulthere are free kits every monthrecommend to the family with toddlers.
They have a great dance program on Tuesday nights.
They are always available for mobile print and still offer curbside services. I attended a community line dancing class and it was great.
Got my passport application done here. Very smooth process and friendly staffs. 10/10 recommend.
The employees at the Schlafly are amazing...from the children's desk, to the help desk, checkout, fun games for Patrons to the Management. This is a complete user friendly, amazing library. I appreciate this library more than anyone knows.
I have no issue besides the elderly lady that does the notary. She has absolutely no people skills, a quick less in customer service would be spectacular. The woman makes an easy task deliberately hard.
This place is lovely! Wonderful librarians — Meg in the youth section, in particular, helped me find the books and resources I needed to start my job tutoring children in fiction writing. The librarians who helped me get my library card set up were great, too, and were very helpful when explaining all the different library services I could access very cool that this includes things like telescopes.
I have been there several times. The selection of subjects and books is wide and interesting. I had no problems with the arrangement of books and computers. The staff was quite friendly when used the materials at that location.
Since I moved to St. Louis I like the library and how helpful and friendly the staff were when I required to print something or get a book. I wanted to study in a quiet space and I went to te library. I found myself in a small room with 6 people trying to focus, while all the tables outside are not used, because they are reserve for teenage that I never saw. I think it is very unsetting the I was moved with strangers that I don't know if they have covid to let the library empty. I think it is a bad policy. Speacially if they not teenager here
