St. Louis Wings and Ribs-Hanmer

We felt so bad for one girl acting as server / bar tender / hostess / takeout cash, to a restaurant that was filling up, only one person that we saw working out front for all customers. The 4 of us decided to leave not because of the service we never got to order but to relieve some of the pressure off her, at one point I thought she just went into the back to cry. We ended up at Cousin Vinny’s where they had ample staff to take care of our food and drinks. That girl working last night is probably a rock star server, I suggest you start with retaining her. You lost $200 in sales last night.

My choice tonight was franchise or non- franchise. Hmmm. Service was fine. The food wasn’t. The calamari was soaking with grease. Salad was great. Wings were over done and shrivelled. I should have known better. 2 stars. One for the server and one for my salad.

The food is good standard pub grub: burgers wings, fries, ribs ect.. They do it well too, lots of quality! Their fries help make this place stand out above other similar restaurants, they're long and thick while being perfectly balanced between crispy and soft I usually order the burgers and chicken burgers. Great place for watching sports, with more than enough tv coverage from every seating angle I don't come here too often however it is a sure fire bet for good food with a good bar Vegetarian options: They have a beyond meat burger suitable for vegetarians, I'm not sure if the bread is vegan though Parking: Plenty of parking all round for the size of the restaurant.

Ordered a wing poutine for pick up and didn’t receive any gravy with it… the point of ordering out is so you don’t need to cook. I work in food too but like come on, the staff should make sure all things are in the bag especially when it’s literally apart of the meal. Really disappointed

Service was attentive and welcoming. Food was a good and pleasant surprise salds as a meal were better than expected and not an afterthought.Food: 4/5

Have been a few times and it always seems like they only have 2 waitresses who take care of the entire front end… Never enough staff to tend to the customers and it gets busy enough.. Continuously disappointing wait times.

Have been going to this location for about 5-6 months here and there. they never disappoint, the food is amazing, always fresh, the chicken is a phenomenal choice, crispy and juicy lol. the costumer service is good, the one downside is that they always seem low staffed and take a bit to recognize you when you step in but that’s sudbury for you. all in all it’s a great place to go if you’re looking for some nice food and a good customer service experience.

It was a nice quite evening only a couple other tables were occupied. The waitress was curtious and friendly although she messed up the order, and forgot a drink and couldn't remember who ordered what.Apart from that the food was great,although the portion size for kids is huge and I have more fingers on my hands than the fries I recieved. I would still go back and still leave a tip. Hopefully she was just having a rough evening.

Went this afternoon for lunch and the lady that seated us was very nice. The second waitress not so much seemed like she hated her job. The food was overcooked and the calamari was super greasy as was the fish and chips. Will not be going back. Sad since there are not many restaurants in Hanmer.

Went there this past Friday for supper. On arrival was seated at the bar. We waited 5 mins to even be spoken to after being seated. Finally was served. Was told they are out of dill sauce, fries and something else. When asked what our other options were to go with our wings, we were told onion rings, sweet potato fries, or one additional wing. We elected for sweet potato fries. When the bill came I was shocked to see an additional charge of $4 for sweet potato fries. They were out of fries is the first issue, the second one I have is I was not told there would be an additional charge. Not good customer service.
