Carolyn is very rude . Called just to belittle me about the size of envelope I used instead of asking politely to use another one. Also, kept talking over me multiple occasions and belittled me after I lost my job and was trying to set up arrangements. Essentially always talks to me like I’m dumb. I understand it’s a billing department and they are there to collect money but a little professionalism and tact goes a long way
Carolyn in the billing Dept is the RUDEST. When you call to pay your bill she insistes on talking over me and belittling and wanted to argue. I just wanted to pay my bill, she wanted to scold me and make me feel like a child. If SMH ever wonders why people owe money they should look into how Carolyn is speaking to people that are attempting to pay!
