Dr. Hermina and his staffs are very professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions and guided me step by step to complete all tests and fill-up I-693 form. They are also reasonably priced compared to other health surgeons near Indianapolis. I highly recommend Dr. Hermina to anyone for their immigration medical.

They are family-run clinics, father is the doctor, mother is the nurse, the son is the front desk. They are not professional clinic and can not provide any professional medical services. Otherwise, they are rude and impatient. We had immigration exam at their clinic, after finishing and paying all over the examination, our insurance company need us to submit some medical documents like some CPT codes, so we ask the clinic to provide it. But their answers, "we do not know those medical codes and we are not responsible for providing them because they are not in the contract. You can google them by yourself. " They are very very rude and impatient . So don't go this clinic and waste your money. They provide very bad service.

Thorough doctor. Easy way to communicate. Fast appointments. Efficient. Affordable pricing. Staff is good. Really cares. Came in for I-693 for husband-they finished in 4 days. Even recommended a cheap place to do chest x-ray! Place is clean, doctor is SUPER nice. Highly recommend!

I recently visited for immigration medical exam with my wife. Dr Hermina helped us to get though the process. He was thorough and explained all steps in detail with no haste . Also, I got appointment very quickly and that saved us time too and we could ship the results within 2 days after appointment. All in all, very good experience

Good doctor and his daughter said they're gonna take care of me. So far so good. I called concerned about my health and the NP ask me if I want to come in to see doctor and I said yes. Dr Hermina did it again. Went in complaining something another Doctor should've checked, and Dr.Hermina stepped up and sent me to get a chest Xray something is definitely wrong ...waiting on results. Lord please answer my prayers

Dr. Hermina is kind and compassionate. He is a great doctor and a great listener. Although he is foreign, his English speaking and understanding skills are perfect.
