Urgent medical calls get ignored daily. The medical staff must sign a waiver to be monsters. There is no compassion and certainly no christian charity. It's disgusting how they treat patients.

Now they expect payment up front! I was rudely told if I didn't pay at the time of my appointment, I'd be turned away - because I told them I wanted to wait until they billed my insurance to see what I owed. And they want you to pay for their horrible service such as: -grumpy older techs who make you as uncomfortable as possible --when they let their friends butt ahead of you because they're on their "lunch hour" -waiting a long time for an ultrasound when you have a full bladder-and as others have said, watching people who came in later go ahead of you Not to mention the people are rude all along the way.

I had 2 MRIs 2 weeks apart on different parts of my body. Both went very well. Both receptionists were cheerful and helpful. The techs were very kind and put me at ease for both procedures. I had the Radiologist reports within a couple of hours! I highly recommend St. Mary Langhorne PA for MRI.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. This was supposed to be a very special moment that was ruined and I’ll never get it back. Staff in this department was extremely rude. Aksa at the front desk was unhelpful and unfriendly. She was perfectly happy, smiling and laughing with coworkers but as soon as we needed help she didn’t smile at all or look us in the eye. Even the tech in the back was unenthusiastic. We didn’t even get to hear our baby’s heartbeat. : needless to say I will not be coming back here.

The ultrasound department is very rude and disregard sick patients! We came in at 5:45pm waited for an hour in the waiting room and then they took people that came after us. The only excuse was that we were an add on this morning. What? But we had an appointment before the other people! No wonder they have 3 stars! Horrible!

I went in to St. Mary’s today to get a biopsy of both of my breasts and in 3 different areas. Little did I know, I would meet an angel this morning. If you ever come across LAURIE MAY you will know what I mean. She is full of joy and will fill your spirit with laughter. She gave me so much TLC during the entire process that it made a difficult time a comfortable one. Thank you Laurie for being kind and making me laugh so much, you are the best!

Wow such an easy experience! Scheduling was so simple. It's nice dealing with someone who actually wants my business and cares enough to make the process simple.

One of the very best radiology and imaging departments I have ever seen. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, modern equipment and the building itself are top notch! Highly recommend.

They are so rude they destroy best moment to see my baby for first time and hear his heart

Staff and technicians were excellent.
