A congregation of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, actively involved in the community with an elementary school (Preschool - Grade 8), Daycare, neighborhood after-school ministry, and various food ministries. Bible study and small group session throughout the week, radio broadcast, prison ministry, afternoon communion worship, Early Communion Class, Youth Confirmation Class, New Member Class, Spiritual Gift assessments, Youth Groups (Grades 5-8, and High School) , ladies' groups, Stephen Ministry (a caring peer ministry), Backpack Buddies (a food ministry), email & phone Prayer Chains, Small class sizes in a safe and nurturing Christian day school, before and after school care, Kids Connection (an after school Christian mentoring program off campus site located in NE Leavenworth, KS), outreach ministry opportunities with the annual German Christmas Market, the 7th Street Feast (free Thanksgiving Day dinner), Paul's Buffet (free community meals program).
