Not only did this clinic fit my baby daughter a brand new patient in within a day of her experiencing mouth trauma from a fall, but everyone was INCREDIBLY lovely from the moment we walked in to when we left. They went the extra mile to make my daughter & I feel comfortable and explain everything to us & answer any & all questions. We were also in and out pretty quickly considering there was a lot of ground to cover. Our experience here stood out as one of the best. I’ll not only be bringing my daughter back for cleanings but my 2 year old son as well.
Wonderful place. I had been taking my 4yo daughter to my family dentist and it wasn't going well. Her first visit here with Dr. Carmen she did so much better! They had quieter tools, gentle demeanors, and just a warmth, openness, and an understanding of what works for little kids, especially nervous ones. The TV on the ceiling was a game changer, and my daughter was very jazzed about getting prizes at the end of the appointment. Highly recommend.
AMAZING. I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was little. Their gentle approach and caring environment encourages my daughter to have good dental hygiene. Kat the assistant is perfect with my daughter before, during and after her cavity fillings.
I took my daughter here for her first dentist visit. I was a little nervous but everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist was beyond helpful and friendly. This is definitely our pediatric dentist of choice.
We have been to the St. Paul and Woodbury offices and they have been exceptional. I can’t say enough nice things about Cindy, the office administrator. She is so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She is simply amazing. Cindy made it possible for my daughter to have her procedure to fix her teeth. Dr. Carmen and Dr. Julie are amazing dentists with advanced schooling that makes you feel comfortable handing over your babies to have work.
My daughter had her first dental visit here today, and I was so pleased with how it went! From the moment we checked in, the receptionist, Brittany, was warm and inviting. She took the time to talk to my daughter and was even incredibly helpful and patient when I realized I had left my ID and insurance info with my husband after a recent trip and didn’t have those items. Upon going back for the exam and cleaning, Randi was so kind and patient with my daughter and went above and beyond to help ease her nerves! She gave my daughter a stuffed animal to hold, explained each step to both my daughter and I, and took time to address all of our concerns. Dr. Carmen was also fantastic and took her time with us! Every single person we encountered was fantastic! They made going to the dentist a fantastic experience, and I’ll recommend this office to everyone I know!
Great experience with my 6 yrs old autistic son at St. Paul Peds in St.Paul area. Was really impressed on how much we completed: taking Pano, 4 bitewings, prophy, and exam within 30 mins. Even if he was screaming he actually stayed wide open and allowed Mai Ka and Dr.Carmen to finish their work. Also got complimented by the Dr for doing a fantastic job with home care brushing for my son-no cavities!
They are excellent with my autistic son! He doesn't do well at doctors appointments but they are patient with him and very caring. They don't make a big deal of his less pleasant autism behaviors and I never feel judged here. Dr Haman is amazing and her staff are super sweet! I highly recommend! Update: they are still awesome. Update #2: they’re even more awesome now.
Dr. Carmen is so great with my daughter and made her first experience at the dentist so positive! Cat was so friendly and helpful during the whole process! Highly recommend!
I honestly took my 2yr here because it was closer to the house and they specialize in Pediatric dental care. But from the very beginning of scheduling the appointment to getting the reminder text and call about her appointment, which is needed as a mom, to check in staff and filling out the forms the dental assistant and the doctor it was an amazing experience. They have tv's hanging from the ceiling to keep the kids distracted when cleaning their teeth-brilliant! The doctor even wrote my daughter a personal letter of thanking her and how happy she was to meet her. Im glad my daughter goes there. The service is excellent!
