St Vincent de Paul Flagstaff

Being out of town and big supporters of St. Vincent de Paul, we were excited to come here, but left disappointment. Stuff was over priced, had a discount but only for undesirable brands, and doesn't have a membership program. Instead of trying to ensure customer satisfaction, they referred us to a competitor. We did go to their competitor and bought a lot of stuff. They miss out for not being flexible.

Clean and well-organized thrift store with great options and products. I would give this one a four if it had not been for the staff who made my children feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time by commenting on them touching inventory, sitting on a couch while I was standing in front of them discussing if the couch was good for our family or at any point they were further then 2 meters from me. I could understand if they were near glass or other breakable material. I understand there might have been a prior bad experience, however is it ok to make us feel unwelcome? It's really too bad as I believe learning to reuse at a young age very which was impossible in my experience. Hoping things will change in the future as this location is perfectly organized for children to find a treasure and parents to teach the importance of recycling and upcycling.

My wife and I were stranded when our truck broke down and St Vincent De Paul brought us food and paid for our truck repair. Much love for these folks!

This store is as good as a REAL THRIFT STORE gets. Best place for REAL BARGAINS in Flagstaff. I travel all over the USA fulltime in an rv....this store is the best thrift store I have come across. While Savers and Goodwill are screwing over the people of Flagstaff...this store is the towns saving grace. I am sooooooo impressed with this gem!!

I love this store! I go almost every weekend! I love the friendly staff and their sweet kitty that lets himself be seen here an there. Also, if you call the hotline you get a bag or 2 of food for your family.

What a light. I must say it is WAY, WAY cleaner and organized than other thrift stores. No funky smells, and I saw nothing that was not good to great quality. Very nice people. Go here first before spending too much at another organization.

Small, but well maintained and a lovely staff. I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about. Good dishware and clothes. They always have a special and the daily deals are great!

This used to be our favorite thrift in Flagstaff, but last time we were there, it'd been all "fancified". A pretty tablecloth doesn't make dollar-store Chinese pottery worth any more. Maybe they can't tell the difference? We'll continue to visit, and look for bargains. Please offer some. You are, after all, thrift store and not a museum.

This organization does more good for the community than any other that I know. Shopping at their thrift store is a way to support that excellent work and get a few great deals. I live on a budget and don't feel limited shopping here.

This place is Awesome,this is our Mall, Has interesting stuff. Some days you can find useful stuff. I rather help by buying things here Money going to a good use helping families.
