I only post reviews if I personally witness situations. As a business owner I strive to provide my clientele with the absolute best and immediately follow up if a concern is brought to my attention. I browsed through attorney reviews, FB reviews if available, and word of mouth, now with that said, I wanted to find out for myself how Stacy Schlemmer was face to face. After seeing her videos which were bland. I had set up an appointment to talk about a divorce the divorce has been finalized as of yesterday. Stacy was detailed to an extent, however she laughed a lot and made jokes. I specifically asked her “do you consider yourself to be a good standing lawyer”? Her response “yes, indeed, I’m in with all the court commissioner’s and judges”! I’m glad it was a free consultation and a good laugh. Stacy the bar should re-evaluate your work ethics. Anyone can rate you five stars on FB as you have access to delete negative reviews. However, you cannot delete Yelp and other review sites. The best advice I can give is to do your research, FB reviews can be manipulated, yet one would think that if less than five people like your video you’re not in good standing. I’d highly recommend and suggest using an attorney/lawyer that’s been practicing their profession for at least 15 plus years because those lawyers are in good standing, knowledgeable, professional and have high ratings, whether that be social media, apps, etc. If you’re looking for a flighty overpriced attorney then yes, Stacy would be your go too.
