Have lived here 6 years and it just keeps getting better. The apartments in this building have the largest square footage with the most spacious layouts in all of platinum triangle. I’ve toured them all Every unit has 2 bathrooms, including 1 bedroom apartments. The quality of the finishes are high end and don’t feel cheap like many other high priced apartments in the area. The location is prime! Right between the 57 and the 5 freeways. Extremely convenient to head out in any direction. Living on the top floor, the views are priceless. Mountains one direction, Angels Stadium and Disneyland fireworks, what more could you ask for. But the best part of living here is the staff! Luis and his maintenance team are hands down the nicest, most professional team of people I’ve ever met. Everything I have requested from them has been taken care of quickly and is done with care. Luis clearly takes pride in his work and the care of this building and it shows throughout the whole team. Excellence at its best. The office staff has also been great. Very accommodating to any needs I have brought to them. Ashley the community director leads an amazing team of people here that genuinely go out of their way to make sure we are happy and feel at home. Thank you all for a great experience.
This is not a review from a resident - to be clear. My partner and I took a tour of this apartment community and fell in love with it. The location, views, and ammenities are all stellar. Mariah was the associate who took us on a tour, and was absolutely amazing - honest, welcoming, and enthusiastic. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful, but we wanted to give her a shout out in particular. Unfortunately it was not going to be a good fit for us due to being unable to add a third parking space for our roommate, and the price ended up stretching our budget - but outside of those very subjective obstacles, this place is excellent.
Terrible place. 1. People smoking weed everywhere you'll have weed drift into your apartment 2. Loud children and residents, loud music, pool area super loud and disturbing. 3. unauthorized people living there, thin walls, bad parking, unsafe homicide was committed here recently. Go anywhere else.
This is my first place, and also first time living in California. I was hoping to call this place my home, and was excited about living here. Unfortunately I am sad to say, I am very unsatisfied with this place. Second day here there was a double homicide way to be welcomed here. The lack of security, getting parking tickets when it is clearly marked that I am a resident, fire alarms going off for no reason, cars getting broken into, homeless people easily getting into the apartment complex, and lack of any improvement to make things better. Corporate doesn’t seem to care about the residents living here, all they care about is the money we are paying for absurd rent prices and increasing.
I love the Boardroom for my meetings! That space is beautiful! After all that I can go to the gym and the pool right after! Clean space. The team is fun and friendly Ashley, Tara, Freddy and Luis! If I need anything fixed, repaired Luis and his team are quick. The front office is the best also!
The industrial building fire alarm has gone off several times in my year off living here . Forcing Maintenance to enter our apartment each time . No real resolution or apology or Act of accountability and acknowledgment. And now they are raising everyone’s rent to prices higher than LA.
Highly disappointed. I was told back this February right before signing our lease for March that the EV charging station would be set up and ready to use “in a couple of weeks” as was one of the main reasons what I was looking for in an apartment. There were some challenges along they way in which Stadium House was able to update us with although it is now almost August and the new “Loop” charger still does not work properly. Overall maintenance workers have been amazing and amenities have been good but it has been highly disappointing still waiting for the one thing I needed and was told would be ready “in a few weeks” back in February. Edit: After talking with loop and Stadium House quick reply, the charging stations now work well!
We had to move from Florida to California for a job transfer in September. We looked online and no one had availability. We fell in love with this place, but they had a waiting list. We got on the waiting list and they called us a few days later. We applied and signed the lease without seeing it in person. I was really nervous about that but the leasing office was so kind and calmed my nerves. They especially Tara and Ashley answered every question professionally and kindly even though I sent them so many emails. Move in day was so simple because we had already signed everything. We love living here. The maintenance team is top notch and responds very quickly to requests. They keep the place looking nice and clean. The leasing office and management is amazing. I have never lived in a place that cared as much as this office does. They always answer the phone and respond quickly to emails. They are very easy to talk to and they address any concerns quickly. The communication is wonderful. They send out emails that are very informative of things that us residents need to be aware of. The apartments are very spacious. Love all the storage space and that we have two bathrooms. We love living here at Stadium House and so glad this is the place that opened up for us!
I absolutely love living at Stadium House. I've lived here for about three years now and the reasons why I continue to choose to live here are endless. Management and staff are not only welcoming and friendly, but they also are extremely on top of work orders and making sure that maintenance and work orders get completed. The maintenance team is also full of some of my favorite people. They not only do their jobs well, but they are very kind and welcoming as well. The property can speak for itself that Stadium House offers a multitude of great amenities and offerings. Some of my favorite memories are here at Stadium House, and what makes coming home my favorite time of the day. A little while back we had our first event since the pandemic and it was so lovely seeing all of our neighbors. The community at Stadium House is also something that you can't find just anywhere. It's a huge blessing to be a part of. Lastly, the staff and management do an exceptional job doing their very best to not only accommodate the needs of residents, but to also help them be happy coming home. Living in Southern California the issue of parking will always be unavoidable. Everyone has a car and it's crowded everywhere you go. I honestly think our new parking policy will help mitigate those who try and take advantage of our guest parking spaces by digitally reserving the spots, and holding each other accountable by having it digitally recorded of whom reserved a spot and when it was used. Unfortunately, we can't always please everyone, but Stadium House does a phenomenal job thinking outside of the box with options that allows residents to choose what best fits their situation. Overall, I love living at Stadium House and very proud to call it my home. Excited to see what else 2022 will bring :
Changing my 5 star to a 1. This used be a place I loved to call home, but not anymore. The fire alarms have gone almost every day for the past week, multiple times a day. We’ve been woken up at 3:30 am twice by them. They’ve gone off at all other times of the day and night as well. Last night at 11pm, they went off for an hour and 28 minutes. Now as I write this at 7 am they are going off again. The noise and strobe lights are extremely disorienting. The alarms are so loud you can hear them off State College. Our dog is suffering and I know other pets and babies around here are too. So much broken up sleep, stress, and anxiety because of all this makes it very hard to function. This place costs way too much money to have to suffer through this and we keep getting the same generic response from the office. Oh and we can’t forget about the people who sneak in and hang around. There was also a homicide that happened last year. Security was around for a bit after it happened but now they only care about issuing parking violations.
