My favorite storage facility! This place is spotless! I visit a lot of storage facilities and Stadium Storage is by far the best in the Milwaukee area. Management in the front office is top notch. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. You can tell they have tons of experience in the storage business.
Unreliable access to units due to glitches in the system. Before scheduling a major move that requires timely access, make sure to check with admin that your access code was not affected by the "glitches." Such a thing happened to me over the weekend and I was denied access Saturday and Sunday. Admin responded well, after creating some financial damage, restoring my access code and guaranteeing that I will have full access on my moving dates. Unfortunately, the time, money, and hired movers that I had over the weekend were lost. After all these losses, administration and management were kind and efficient, got on the phone with the company operating their automatic bank withdrawals, and restored my access. Some suggestions: 1 Text or email customer to make sure he/she knows in advance that the access code will be voided. Do it during business hours so the access decline does not happen over the weekend or after hours, when many of us require access after a full day's work. 2 In customer provides evidence that automatic bank withdrawal failed because of their "glitches,' and not to lack of funds, share a "good-faith access code" so customer does not experience financial losses, like I did. 3 Have a 24/7 hotline to troubleshoot problems derived from their "glitches" that result in denied access. 4 Be more accountable for financial losses time/expenses/man-hours incurred by the customer, with adequate evidence. 5 Communicate with customer so that he/she knows in advance that access will be denied, especially if it is for no fault of their own, but due to the company's "glitches." On another note, I was upset at the manager, and she was classy and professional in dealing with the whole issue. She couldn't do anything about my financial losses and time not worked of Saturday and Sunday, but solved the problem and made me feel connected to her, in the sense that we both work for a salary, and we try our best in our jobs. She did in hers.
I have been renting from stadium self storage for yrs but it wasn't until Sheila took over management that this place became A1. Sheila always explains the renting process clearly and honestly. There is never any hidden fees or surprises. When you have any concerns she addresses them and corrects the issues immediately....I believe the longest I had to wait for a response was 24 hrs. As a Laser engineer I had to find a storage unit to house my laser during my off time and it wasn't until Sheila took over management and cleaned up the clientele, that I felt secure with my belongings. So much so that I even felt secure enough to store personal belongings as well. I highly recommend stadium self storage! The grounds are always clean and MANAGEMENT IS SECOND TO NONE!
We have had our storage here for 6+years. Until our unit was flooded out about 2 years ago, everything was going well. After that, things have been a bit off. We were moved into two units that equalled our original 10×10 unit we started with. We asked at the time of the flood, if, as soon as 10×10 unit became available, would they move us into it? Sheila Ramirez, the manager, agreed to this request. It has been almost 2 years. We have heard nothing from her. Surely, in that amount of time a 10×10 unit has opened up. Beyond this, all of my items in the unit are covered with dirt. One of the reasons I put them in climate controlled storage is so those items would stay clean. The moisture has warped many of my books. Often when we go to the building, you cannot find a cart. The carts are not maintained. A little WD40 would go a long way. The elevator is often out of order- very tough when your unit is in the basement. The stop arm in front of the out garage door spends more time broken than not because people drive through it. And, it would be nice if Coakley Brothers would accept automatic payments through Zelle or other forms of electronic services. Sheila is very nice. She has a great deal to contend with considering the many things my husband and I have seen while we have been tenants at Stadium. I would not discourage anyone from renting a unit at Stadium Self Storage.
I had the storage for 4 years really friendly and awesome their storage units well keeped up very clean reasonable too I’d highly recommend if I needed to have a storage unit again I’d definitely go back stadium storage is one of the best in my opinion
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to see several storage units before I chose the one I wanted. It was roomy and clean. The temp was like a room at home, comfortable. The top has a grate so the light shines in all the time making it easy to see what you have in there. It was a good experience at a good price.The locks are great and easy to open. The security is very good and you can load and unload inside out of the weather.
They are super helpful!!! I am glad I went here instead of any other storage place. Sheila is the office is one of the nicest people I've ever met. They really do go out of their way to make sure you're happy. The facility is super clean and easy to get in and out of and it's located right off the freeway for easy access.
I have been dealing with Stadium for almost 2 years. I have had the most pleasurable experience with them and they are truly professional in all aspects. They always do their best to make us feel at home and Sheila even kept our staff updated throughout the whole renovation process, so that me or my staff weren't left in the dark on how things would be going forward. I highly recommend this place.
