Stadium View Apartments

If only negative ratings could be given! There was nothing wrong with the price of my one bed room apartment. I lived there for almost 3 years and did not experience any problems until my next door neighbor vacated his apartment prior to the last few months of my lease. From that moment on, the roaches that infested his place, moved to mine. I contacted the leasing agency several times, and I do believe they sprayed the place but to no avail. My apartment began to be OVERUN with mutated roaches that made my skin crawl. My walls became peppered with the squashed remains of bugs! The roof in the bedroom began to leak whenever it rained. Maintenance "repaired" the leak, but it returned whenever it rained hard enough. In the last month of my lease, I told them about these issues yet again, but nothing was done about it. I could barely stand to live in the apartment with a leaky roof in the bed room and an invasion of bugs. Sadly, I decided not to pay my last month and now have an eviction on my record for a place that WAS NOT WORTH IT.
